Staff were very nice and helpful, but the bread and pasta were very underwhelming. We thought our usual frozen pastas from the supermarket were much better.

Called to order two items from catering menu for the first time. Immediately put on hold to talk to manager to see if that was possible(it was a busy night). Manager comes on, I ask if I can order the Lasagna, response was«Ummm, no.» I ask, «Did you just say«No»? Response: That requires 24 hour notice. Fair enough, but just say so in the first place. I order Cajun Chicken, and then ask for a recommendation for another meat dish. Response: I don’t know, there are a lot of items on the menu you can look at online. I am put on hold again, after I am told they are very busy. I order the Rigatoni Bolognese. Order was ready on time, and tasty, however we did NOT receive the Rigatoni Bolognese, but some chicken with mushroom dish. It was too late at that point to return it. Food was good, but if I did not need a quick meal catered for that day, I would have told the manager while on the phone that I would take my business elsewhere as she seemed very uninterested in giving me any of her time or attention.

Wasn’t worth a penny! First you shouldn’t have to ask for bread you should get some with pasta. The pasta was so creamy and I asked for broccoli and they didn’t even mix it. If your craving good pasta this is not the place!

My family and I often go here when we can’t decide on anything else to eat. Always a good lunch or dinner. The meatballs in the spaghetti are amazing, but I always devour the bread and butter that is left for you before the meal comes. Good seating, though it can be hard during a crowded night to find a place to sit.

Against my better instincts, I got frisky one day and decided to eat here. There must have been a reason why I’ve avoided it for the past nine years. And the location being directly underneath the 680 – 580 interchange makes it a bit… risqué? Ok, perhaps not, but maybe more like the troll king’s uninviting dining hall under the bridge. Well, I’m certainly not a fan. The concept of ordering at the counter and then bringing a number placard and some utensils to your table first, then making a pit stop at the drink fountain, and then a pit stop at the bread station, just felt a bit antebellum in this day and age. Pasta Pomodoro is quite an upgrade at roughly the same price per person. It also didn’t help that the lemonade from the fountain belched out something semi-chunky that was neither lemonade nor pulp. Pretty much lost my appetite after that. The chicken fettuccini was flat and uninspiring. One star for the food, it’s still edible. One star for the nice ladies at the counter.

Always delicious here. Kids love the rigatoni Bolognese! Can’t go wrong with pretty much anything here. Love the smoked pork chop and shrimp risotto. There is also a unlimited bread bar. The portion is very generous and the party trays are great for parties. If you crave for yummy pasta, it’s a great family friendly place to go. Don’t have to worry about being dressy. A causal hang out place.

I’ll give it 3 because its reasonably priced quick easy good Italian food. Nothing fancy. I even like the bread bar, it’s like a guilty pleasure Only real complaint is the terrible wine. Ill change my review and give them 4 stars — and go more often— if they’ll get some better wine. The reds they have are pretty bad

It’s one star only because I can’t give zero. We waited 20 minutes for a salad that was garnished with someone’s hair. We sent the salad back and waited another 10 minutes for our pasta to arrive. The pasta sauce is so watery that you are splashed with it every time you attempt a bite. The bread bar isn’t what everyone makes it out to be. It’s bread, butter and oil and vinegar. The best thing about dinner? Our kids Mac and cheese was perfect, but that doesn’t say much, even i can make Mac and cheese. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Well it was not a great experience but it was a GREAT example of customer service. They were swamped at 5:15 pm tonight. They had a huge take out. I was told my already ordered order would be a few minutes more. I watched a good 6 more meals be made before mine. Then they finished and handed me the bag with cold cheesy bread in it. SERIOUSLY! I took it and left telling them thanks for the cold bread that was in a bag from before I walked in. But when I called back to talk to a manger, hoping that is get the bread comp’d I was told he’d already comp’d the whole meal. The manager had already done it before I called. He comp’d it all and took time to listen to me. He went above and beyond. We’ll be back. Good food. EXCELLENTLY management.

Unfortunately the food has no flavor. My family ordered five different dishes, and the same was true for all of them. Too bad because I like the concept, and the employees were really nice.

We’d been carrying around a gift card for years. One night we had it in our possession and decided to use it while the business still existed. She got the $ 9.99 Meal Deal for a Caesar Salad, ½ order Chicken Fettucine Alfredo and Small Soda. I ordered the Caesar Salad and Lasagna. The Caesar Salads, while lacking anchovies, were served cold on chilled bowls. They were simple but good. The Fettucine Alfredo was good and creamy. The Lasagna was adequate but I probably wouldn’t order it again. The Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar from the Bread Bar were less exciting.

This place offers pasta, salad, and bread for the lazy person. Pasta portion is small although the noodles were cooked al dente which is a plus because you might as well cook pasta correctly if you’re a pasta shop. Bread bar is a good concept but the bread didn’t feel fresh or warm. Salad was nothing interesting and they only offer ranch or Italian dressing. I’ll definitely cook my own pasta, salad, and bread instead of coming here.

Went there for lunch. Nice to have a bread bar with butter and olive oil+balsamic. Prices are fine. I ordered gnocchi in creamy clam sauce, which was on today’s specials. It was waaaaay too salty! It seems the cream sauce already had a lot of salt and when they added clams, it got overloaded with salt. It also had too much garlic, too. I felt sick afterwards with garlic and salt One star for the bread bar, two for the pleasant service, but zero for the food. I’m not sure if I want to eat there again. Maybe just a salad and bread.

Being Italian I am a snob when it comes to Italian food. Rigatoni’s has fabulous food! Love the bread bar. First rate customer service. Ordered the daily special [pork chops with rigatoni bolognese]. The manager came over to apologize they were out of the pork chops. No problem he substituted the grilled chicken. It was AWESOME! Then he returned & had refunded us our full dinners! He didn’t need to do that at all. All the employees were very nice. I have been coming here 15 years & have never had a bad meal. I wish there was one in Concord near me.

I truly think they give you a smaller portion size when you ordered to go! The food is tasty, however they could brown their meats a little longer or sear them first. I’ve had a handful of items here. My favorite is the cheese tortellini. The cheese ravioli with tomato cream sauce is also amazing. Their chicken parmesan is good, but a little over salted. Their pesto sauce is soupy and bland. The chicken pomodori is watery. The kids menu items are not approved by my kids. It’s too bland for them. They end up sharing with me. The all you can eat bread bar is a nice touch! I would recommend people try this place to see what fits cause I’m 50⁄50 with liking what I’ve had.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The food always comes out in a timely manner even during their lunch rush. Been here a couple times and I’m not at all impressed with the food. I have ordered something different three times in the last year in hopes to find something I love. Their bread bar is the best part.(yaaaay for carbs) Every time I come it’s stocked. Overall, I would say come here for an ok tasting pasta dish. It’s not horrible, but it’s not great.

The Worst care ever! We waited almost and hour, people were being served before we were. When we asked what had happened, they said«it will be a minute» waited ten more minutes told the guy if our order wasn’t the one up, we wanted our money back and we were leaving. The manager didn’t say anything and took our receipt, got the money out of the register, handed it to us and said, «sorry bout that» that’s it, never ever going back there.

Serious folks!!. I paid $ 14.00 for this order. and this is how… you take Pride in your customer orders;. :(100% = INEXCUSABLE.

It’s very strange for me to write a review for Rigatoni’s. I’m not Italian but I may as well be. I am sure I lived in Napoli in a previous life. Maybe I even ran an Italian restaurant! My mum made Italian spaghetti and sauce(from scratch of course) every Sunday when I was growing up. Not only were our friends Italian and great cooks but we visited all the great Italian restaurants for whichever city we were in. So what was I going to like about… Rigatoni’s??? I mean… my kids were hungry and I figured I would try their rigatoni for the hell of it. Well.about 20 trips later I can tell you that their chicken parmesan with rigatoni with cream sauce is among the best I have ever eaten. I eat it every time I go there and my wife’s rigatoni bolognese is also fantastic! Their sauce is fantastic and I have never seen spaghetti cooked al dente so consistently and perfect each time I have it as I have here. I dare you to go there and not have perfect al dente rigatoni! One word of warning… the 1st time I went I didn’t like what I ordered, but I forgot what it was. It was the 2nd time I went, with my kids, that I experienced the chicken parm and rigatoni, and my wife’s rigatoni. And that is what hooked me. So if you go and have a bad meal, I would strongly suggest you go back and try again– stick with what I mentioned and you won’t be sorry!

Can’t go wrong thrice. Chicken tortilla soup was made fresh and it showed in taste and appearance. Chicken & mushroom rigatoni was awfull; chicken was so stale it was yack in our mouth. I eat all kinds of bad food, but this is little too far for me. Never going back.
