It’s hard for me to judge this Pizza Hut fairly when I’ve experienced better and cheaper Pizza Huts. I feel kinda bad because this place is clearly trying to compensate for expensive real estate and perhaps harder-to-find cheap labor. However, their prices and coupon availability leave me wanting. Contrary to other reviews, there was nothing wrong with my pizza or the experience. This place has just got very inflated prices. Side note: I think the current listing has this place open after 4pm, but I think they are also open for lunch specials given the sign(see picture).

Bad bad bad. Because I have young kids I will probably give them another chance but they kept me in a phone hold loop for over 20 minutes. In the end this location closed for the night without ever taking my order. I can only assume that they had employee issues and couldn’t handle the rush. The call center picked up and they weren’t helpful at all. I contacted Castro Valley and had continued problems. I contacted Livermore and got no sympathy there. I was exhausted, I gave up and went to Patxi’s. I have rarely had such poor service from multiple locations of one business and come away with not even a single person being helpful.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They ALWAYS screw up orders and have the nerve not to give you the opportunity to have better pricing. Claim it can’t be done unless you order online with the stupid app that doesn’t even work!!! DONE with this location!!!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Singlehandedly, one of the worst business establishments ever. Pizza Hut, in all honesty, should really shut this place down. Do not go here. I ordered my pizza over the phone and when I got to the store almost an hour later, dude said they didn’t even start making it. I just left. The guy at the counter was not remorseful at all. He simply said, «it’ll take 10 minutes. Do you want it?» I really do hate this place. My family and I were starving. Ended up going to another Pizza joint. We will never go to any Pizza Hut ever again. If you don’t know how to operate a business then shut it down.

My wife and I ordered take out from this location on Halloween night. Big mistake. We showed up and the place is full of people who are waiting for their pick-up and delivery orders. The poor delivery guy, Calvin, had to deal with a complete sh*t show because two people didn’t show up, and the pizza guys apparently were not making the delivery orders. 2 stars for a really screwed up system/process and staffing model(no contingencies?) that caused severe delays for many hungry people, myself included. Calvin’s damage control plus the tasty pizza and bread sticks are the only things saving this review from a 1 star rating. I’d probably come back since pizza hut pizza is the bomb!

Ordered 4 pizzas for carryout. When opened at home noticed that, Pizzas were not backed well and cheese was running like water all over the box. Returned to the store and shown them. The store manager was very rude and he said thats how the pizza was made. I returned 3 boxes unopened and 1 box with couple slices taken out by kids and thrown out to trash. The manager refused to redo the order /didn’t return the money. He happily told me that«go call corporate!». I doubt with this attitude he can run his business successfully if he owns this franchise. I’ve sent an email to pizza hut corporate office. Lets see! Oh by the way. I’ve put a note«make crispy» in the special instruction section. and it wasn’t showing on the receipt he printed out of his cash box. Not sure if that was a technical glitch. but that manger was arguing that it would print if he makes online order. This is was not my 1st online at this store and never seen this issue. But, it was not a good day. Waste of $ 35 and time! ultimate disappointment is that the manager acting so weird! refusing to redo or denying the refund! Update: Per Pizza Hut representative, the money will be returned and they will do an internal inquiry with the store manager. But, I’ll never go to this place again.

The service is very slow. The young lady has no knowledge about pizza. I will never come back to this location. I came today because some thing was going on Little Caesar pizza parking lot. The parking lot was closed due to some police activity.

Placed an order for pick up at 9 am. Its supposed to be ready for pick up at 6:30 pm. It is now 7:00 and they don’t have the order ready. I personally don’t like Pizza Hut that much as it is(my brother chose this place and placed the order) and this doesn’t make me like it any more.

Only good so long as it’s not busy. Their routing to a central call center is offshore and atrocious. Now I have multiple names on my account because the center call center couldn’t understand my name… So they just made one up. As it is, if you need pizza for dinner look elsewhere-well over an hour just isn’t worth it when you can order dominos in ½ the time.

Today we ordered from pizza hut@alcosta blvd 1. They were out of chilli peppers. 2. They were also out of cheese packets! 3. The counter guy asked my kid to not put hand on the counter because«it was broken» and could hurt her. I am glad he did but how can pizza hut have infrastructure thats not safe for its customers? 4. The pizza was delivered cold(and tasted stale). My order was placed at 4pm for 7pm pickup. Not sure when it was prepared but seemed like they prepared the pizza as soon as they got the order. No fun.

Delivery. Old, cold, nasty. Took over 1.5 hours to deliver. I would of been better off getting a frozen pizza at the grocery store, or eating a 7 – 11 burrito. Anything but this horrible place

This location makes me never want to get good from Pizza Hut ever again. Be prepared for bad service and lengthy wait times up to three hours for a delivery. Oh also whatever the time that it says that the pizza will be there just add another hour. And if they do screw up and say they’re going to put a credit on your account for next time, they’re lying, and when they say whoops we’ll just take 10% off for the inconvenience… they’re lying about that too. Just do yourself a favor and order pizza from ANYWHERE but here. It’s like they do a horrible job to just try and get you to cancel your order so that they don’t have to do anything, place must be going out of business or something.

I don’t know why I help ordering here! I do like Pizza Hut but this place is ridiculous. My wife ordered for delivery it said 1hr and 45 minutes so we waited still (Dont ask why) we called 1 hr 45 mins later and they said its in the oven still. The worst part is they don’t even apologize. What a piece of S#%+!!! This place should just close down.

Tried to order my pizza online this time since answering the phone seems to be challenging for them. Well, now I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours for my delivery because apparently someone put my in pick ups I guess. Man, my kids are hungry. All they could say w as sorry. Why is Unilocal!forcing me to give them 1 star. They deserve ZERO! I ordered my pizza, wings and baked cinnamon sticks online. Immediately after ordering, I called the store to make sure my order was received. 45 minutes passes and I get a call from Pizza Hut: «Hey, we’re not going to have a driver to deliver your order. So you can either convert it to a pick up or we’ll cancel it.» I said, «you don’t’ close until 11. That’s 45 minutes away. Silence. Pizza Hut«Sir, do you want to pick up or should I cancel it?» I cancelled it. Then, I called back and spoke with a male employee that identified himself as «Peter»: I said, «you’re cancelling my order 45 minutes before you close? I even called to make sure you received it.» Peter said«Why are you telling me this?» I said, «because you care about the work you do? And it’s 45 minutes before closing. Why didn’t you say there were no drivers when I called? And why don’t you just keep things moving until all orders are delivered tonight?» Peter’s response: «They don’t pay us enough to care.»

Came here 3 times. On the 3rd visit, I opened the pizza box to check for bacon. Did not see it. I asked and the manager had to point out the microscopic pieces of bacon to me. That was a sign that I wasn’t eating here again. I will gladly go a little further for better quality and better service. You do get what you pay for, not worth the deals you get.

There needs to be an option for 0 stars. We ordered a panned crust half pepperoni and have cheese with extra cheese on the entire pizza. We picked it up its our fault for not double checking the order by looking in the box… We paid and went home… The pizza we picked up was sausage and pepperoni on thin crust… I called the manager who had absolutely no customer service ! Her name Fabiola. I introduced myself and informed her of the problem and asked her to deliver the correct pizza and pick up this pizza. She immediately became argumentative, and proceeded to informed me that she was the one who handed my fiancé the pizza and it was the correct one and she also could not deliver anything as we picked this order up! Wow! Ok so I told her I was sure that my fiancé did not put the pizza she handed him down and walk behind the counter to grab the incorrect pizza so if it was the correct one she handed to him how did I end up with a sausage pizza? She was quiet and said she is the regional manager and could not do anything about it but credit my next order but again she could not deliver the correct pizza. I asked who her supervisor was, as I did not appreciate her attitude and her telling me she handed us the correct pizza she again said she is the manager… Are you kidding? Her attitude and argumentative way of handling her mistake was unbelievable… What was I supposed to do with a pizza I did not want or order? I told her she needed to credit my pizza since Im the one wasting gas going up and down these hills of san ramon. We had no choice but to order a new pizza and send my fiancé to pick it up hopefully when it gets here it’s the correct one. I will never order from this place again!

I don’t really write reviews but this is too much! I don’t care which pizza hut main office or whatever if you give ET to be picked up it better be ready. But nada! Excuses excuses!!! No wonder their rating is this bad. This place is just lucky to be the only pizza hut in the area.

I will be the odd ball here giving 4 stars and all. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Pizza Hut. They always get my order right, my pizza is always fresh, and the customer service is fine. I’ve always loved pizza hut more than any other pizza place, I love their pan crust. I always order online, they have a lot of coupons, usually I get a large for about ten dollars. Once you order is usually ready in fifteen minutes.
