If I could give no start I would!
Let me start off by saying i don’t know what the hell I was expecting from a massage establishment in a strip mall.
Service-​4 Prices are meh, not too cheap but definitely not expensive. Transactions were fast but it was kind of hard to understand the lady helping us out because her accent was to thick. Now I can work with thick accents because I know a lot of filipinos from PI but this was just painful ! Anyways, my lady took about 20 minutes to set up, she kept coming in and out of the room for some reason.
Massage-​2 so this is where $h!t hits the fan! She stated off great, really soft and relaxing and then all of a sudden it’s like she forgot how to massage! She did at the beginning ask if I was ok, and I told her I was fine. Several times during my massage she stopped touching me all together to respond to whoever she was texting with. Like literally dropped everything, mid stroke and typed RIGHT IN MY EAR! Such a great way to relax! Anyways, After the back massage she left the room for what felt like 5 minutes with warm towels to wipe me down. She then asks if i’m ok with a front massage and i’m like hella yea rub my legs and head lady! Nope, she did some type of half a$$ leg massage and while she was doing my half a$$ head massage there she goes TEXTING in my ear again. As soon as she ends the massage I immediately run over to look at the time, lo and behold that massage wasn’t even an hour!
Overall this place freaking sucks big a$$ monkey balls. After the massage i find out that this place usually service men and i immediately get it, this is for HE, not regular massages. Everyone I was with (total of 5) did not get a full hour massage, hell some didn’t even get 40 minutes. The worst part about this place, the lady came outside looking for us because they were expecting a tip! Well, you got your tip, since you charged all five of us $ 50 for a massage that was 30 — 40 minutes long. Oh, and did I mention the walls are super thin so you hear EVERYTHING going on from doors open/​closing, to hand washing and slippers on the floor. I will never return to this place again for the rest of my life. If you’re a man looking for an asian lady to get you off, this is your place buddy!

Worst massage ever! She inky massages my back. She didn’t turn me over, no legs work or foot massage. I wouldn’t ever go back. Big waste of my money!

they’re ok. Went there with my mom. We can’t relax because they kept talking in their language and the woman’s slippers kept clanking on the floor. I don’t think we got 45 minutes either, maybe 30 minutes. They are nice and price is reasonable but will search for a better spa experience!

New ownership and greatly improved. Went there for steam room, body scrub followed by massage. Very clean, professional. Felt relaxed and mellow.
Plan on a return visit with my spouse within a few days.

Just opened after being closed for about three months with new ownership and new management. Everybody’s entitled to a little special treatment and this was mine. I asked about my wife and they were very honest and said until they get a qualified therapist for women they were not taking women at this point. I applaud their honesty.
Now for my treat, It was my day off so I went to the gym for a serious workout and then came strait to Tri-​Valley. For less than $ 60.00 I started with a body scrub (for those of you unfamiliar with this it’s where the therapist takes you into a room with a table suitable to get wet and then does a mild exfoliation on all your body), I wrapped in a towel and went straight to the massage room where «my» therapist was working and received a wonderful Swedish style massage that was so relaxing I occasionally heard myself snoring. It was both relaxing and invigorating and in the end I felt totally satisfied. From there it was back into my towel for a quick walk to the steam room, (Yes they have a steam room too!!) and after that a quick shower. A better day off I couldn’t have wished for. I just hope this place stays busy enough so I can return often and not too busy so I can’t get an appointment.
