Choe’s HapKiDo has children, adult and family programs. I’ve been training for the last 6 years and have no intention of stopping. Between the martial art classes and kickboxing it’s a complete and energizing workout! The best part? I’m always learning! Give it a try, you won’t regret it! My friend described it best the other day. «it’s addictive». Come get your sweat on!
