Too many complaints to list. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. First of all, I shouldn’t have to ask for ketchup (it’s NOT GOLD) if I order french fries there is a high probability that I want ketchup. So, when I ask for ketchup and they still don’t put any in the bag and I have to turn around and drive back, get out of my car and go inside to get the ketchup that I asked for in the drive thru I might be a little perturbed and if an employee says, «That guy was so rude!» within my earshot I’m gonna Unilocal!about how crappy your establishment is. From incompetent drive thru workers to big mouthed ketchup NAZIS this McDonald’s should go out of business. I’ll NEVER go back (my third time coming to this location and the third BAD experience that I have had at this location) Avoid it like the plague.
P. S.- I ordered Dr. Pepper NOT DIET POISON PEPPER!!!

There screen in drive-​t was not working idk why so I could not see if my order was right. Or to see what my total was. I pulled up and they told me my price which was $ 3.48 I have her $ 3.50 and she waved me to go to next window. Ok maybe I’ll get my change back there (yes I know it 2 pennies but even with one they give back change) ok next got my food and left. Idk about the change. Get home and guess what my order was wrong. Ordered a plain hamburger and it’s not plain. I called to ask if I can get another and they didn’t pick up

Worst service ever today from this McDonalds on Old Peachtree RD and Buford Hwy store # 32 297. First incident was they forgot to complete my order and when my daughter got her chicken nuggets, there was a hair in the box, i go back through and tell the guy there’s a hair and he takes the box and just empties them into a new box! Gross !! Then the sandwiches I orders all had bottom buns on top and bottom. The customer service was awful and management should do better training. Will not return there

worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. First time I went to the drive thru, they ran out of what I ordered and didn’t know what the f*** to do so me and the guy just sat at the window staring at each other till I told him to just forget about it. Second time, I thought i’d give them another chance and see if it was just a fluke. My family ordered our food at the drive thru again, payed for our meal, and noticed that the car in front of us at the second window was waiting for quite a long time. I’d say around 10 – 15 minutes. Eventually they got fed up and left without their food. We pull up, and wait around 10 minutes until the guy at the window tells us to come pull up to where the front door is and wait till someone brings out our food in person. We wait another 15 minutes until a manager comes out and asks us why we are just parked next to the front door. Turns out they completely forgot about our order and the fact that we were waiting for them. My father was furious and demanded a refund and told them we have never experienced such terrible service. The manager didn’t seem to care and just walked away. I swore to myself I’d never go back there again but I’m a forgiving person so I decided to try one last time. I go there by myself through the drive thru again and find myself waiting as long as 15 minutes for my two mcchickens. Moral of the story is, if you don’t mind waiting 10 – 15 minutes at the drive thru window to get your food, this is the place for you lol. Most mcdonalds i’ve been to almost instantly gave me my food right when I pulled up to the second window. I don’t know what’s up with these guys.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, so no response. Went inside and ordered, and had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. They were turning away people at the door because they said it was closed, even though it was only 9:30 p.m. and lobby doesn’t close till 11:00 p.m. Do not come here. Go to another location or just cross the street and get a Publix Sub

This place has the worst service. It’s close but a joke. They have 2 women there at night who can barely speak english. They are rude and they are afraid to give you their names so you can compllain about them. Don’t visit this location. Let it close down. I’m certain they are hiring illegal aliens to work for them, they can barely speak english. I’m callling INS and the manager Cristian Garcia and owner Mike Hernandez need to be fined.
