I have been in several Metro PCS locations lately and found there are some differences in the stores. So after doing a bit of research found that there are random stores and corporate stores, prices and specials can vary at each I was going to be doing business at the later. This location is a «corporate» being that Metro PCS decides what specials and price changes are to be made not some random owner trying to stuff his pockets with my hard earned cash. What had I been waiting for, well a birdie told me last month that soon my model of android was going to need to be turned in. Metro had merged with another company that doesn’t use the same sim card, for the inconvenience Metro was giving a $ 50.00 credit and waiving $ 15.00 transfer fee. Do the math makes sense right ? Today was time to turn it in the battery was burning up to quickly, loosing it’s charge and pissing me off. Last week I had gone on line and looked at two different phones. one being the LGF60 after arrived found it had dropped from last weeks price by $ 50.00 Woop Woop. I got a case and was on my way for less than $ 22.00. Glad I did my homework.

Good service without spending a lot of money on a contract. Sales associate’s are friendly and knowledgeable. Only wish they had more of a phone selection. Ever since Christmas of 2014 my husband and I have been having trouble with making calls. Every 2 months we would have to go to the store and fill out a customer service problem, our phones would have reception everywhere except from our home. The phone would not place an outgoing call and we couldn’t even make a 911 emergency call. Our neighbors were having the same trouble as we were. Unfortunately it got to the point that we had to get a new phone carrier service.

Let me start by saying… my first phone company was AT&T and I was with them for 1 year with 2year contract. Yes I had to break the contract and pay the ridiculous fees and run from them. They scam customers and give awful customer service. In the 12 month service with them, I had a overcharge EVERY month. Switched to metropcs and now it’s been 6 years and I’ve been paying the same exact amount every single month with no problem EVER!!! Thankyou metropcs!!!

How oh how to write this review? On the one hand, I bought my first MetroPCS phone, a very basic one(no camera!), some 16 months ago because I needed a non-contract cell service and $ 39/mo. was just right. Never a problem with access or use. Then, my duties as associate pastor began to require more text messaging to coordinate with other church members. The mysteries of texting on a nonQWERTY keypad began to demand coordination, speed, and eyesight that an old guy lacks. So, I ordered a phone from MPCS via their website. 30 days later, no new phone and my feathers are mighty ruffled because I can’t talk to a human being who can help me. I decided that I would come to this company owned store to present my displeasure. After waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes(holiday crush), I made it to the counter where my concerns were speedily addressed and my new phone received. Score: Phone service: 4; Customer Service online: 1; Customer Service In Store: 4. Total divided by 3 = 3.
