Called Lowes on 6÷5÷16 for warranty repair of my Samsung Dryer, they assigned Tanstel as the vendor and scheduled an appointment for 6÷7÷16. I received a call from Kimberly on 6÷6÷16 saying they were booked up until Thursday (6÷9÷16), but would probably order a part for my Dryer based on my reported issue. I thought this was out of the ordinary, but hey, I don’t work on Dryers. I check in with Kim on 6÷7÷16 and she advised me that the part would take 4 – 7 business days.
I wait until Monday the 20^th and call back because Kim does not respond to my emails — they tell me that the part was just ordered on the 6÷16÷16!!! So I ask why did they tell me it was ordered on the 8^th, when it was not the case. The girl I’m speaking with says «I don’t know». I ask to speak with Kim’s supervisor and the girl tells me it s her — so I’m left with no answers or accountability for what went wrong. I called back on ⁶⁄₂₂ and get told by a different person that parts take 4 – 7 days again and they would contact me when it was in. I filled him in on my experience thus far and he says «well, we will call you when they come in…» After hearing this I contacted Lowes and asked for a different company, since this one has no ability to communicate and I have very little confidence in their ability to fix my issue. Lowes set me up with a different company today so I don’t have to deal with this train wreck. Stay away from this one and if they are suggested by Lowes, demand a different vendor.

Actually I would have given this company a ZERO.
Incompetence doesn’t even truly depict what they have done. My Bosch stove was broke and they came out to assess the problem. They said they needed to order a part. They said it would take about a week to get the part and fix the stove. Over a month and half later after making numerous phone calls etc. they keep saying we are waiting on the part. Finally after getting so frustrated I asked them what the part number was? they tell me and guess why the part wasn’t in? IT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED OVER 2 YEARS AGO.
So they ordered a part that doesnt exist and they didnt know that for over 45 days? Total joke. As you can see from the other review-​stay FAR away from this company unless you actually like incompetence

I wish there was an option for negative stars because that is what this company deserves. I place a call to have my Fridge repaired as it’s covered under warranty. It takes them a week to call and follow up from when the original order was placed. When he calls he asks to reconfirm the stuff I told the first associate about.(This annoyed me) Then I was told that I would hear from someone in the next couple of days. Well days turned into weeks and here we are three weeks later and still no repair. I call to follow up on this service order call and was put on hold every time I called as if they were screening my calls. I call from a different number and magically they want to be helpful. This company is absolute trash and doesn’t deserve to be in business. I’m not sure how they have customers but the lack of professionalism and lack of follow through will in essence destroy this business. I pray this is their last year in business. Alan that works for the company is the worst associate and is overly rude if you aren’t willing to «Wait on hold». They decided they would call me on a Saturday in the morning and tell me they could be at my residence in 2 hours. Seriously people? That’s not an appointment that sounds like a pop up visit. I had to threaten to go to the BBB in order for them to call me back. I will escalate this as far as needed. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME SPENT ELSEWHERE. THANK ME LATER.

They repaired our appliance and the price was reasonable. Works now, we’ll see for how long. If you are looking for a company that gives a professional impression I suggest you go elsewhere.

This team is totally incompetent could not fix a skateboard. They came out about 6 times and still could not repair a kitchen aid fridge only a year old. totally incompetent!

I called on June 30 to see about getting my TV fixed. Called them two weeks later because no one came out to fix it. They said that they had just ordered the part to fix the TV two weeks after I spoke to them!
They just got the part in last Monday, September 21. And no one called to let me know it was in… I called them 25 September and they told me it would be two weeks before they could to get somebody out to fix my TV. I just went up there to drop off my TV to get it fixed. But this place looks super slim shady! All they have is a desk in their front office and a computer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! They do not even deserve one star.
And when I walked in to drop my TV off there was someone on speakerphone complaining about having the same problems I was having with their office.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Came out to fix washing machine, but what they did didn’t fix it. Sent someone else out a week later, he had no idea what to do, who we were and had no information on the past repair attempt. Said he would order a part, called to say he would be out on Thursday to repair, never showed up. After contacting them I was told the part ‘never came in’. Was told they would expedite from there, four days later, nothing. Called today to get a refund.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL!!!
