Well, we were shocked. We went to The Hub for breakfast and were met by the most personable and industrious waiter in recent memory. He brought us coffee and orange juice and explained how the buffet works, and made sure we understood that we could order custom omelets if we wanted to. He left us with a carafe of coffee and checked back frequently to see if we needed anything. As we were finishing up he brought us to-go coffee cups and lids and told us where to get more coffee if our carafe ran low. The buffet had better than average scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and home fried potatoes that were actually good to eat. There was also a great selection of cold fruit and cold cereals — and other items I failed to notice. We had a great breakfast to start our day. Thanks you!

Okay, this place pissed me off. I was on a business trip and held captive to this restaurant at the hotel. The first night there I ordered this rib eye. Let me tell you, I never/pay good money for a bad steak. This stake was great for the price. Service was excellent. Now for the bad news. The second night I ordered their top of the line burger. This was a mistake. It was over seasoned over done beef. Extremely disappointing. I paid for it the rest of the night. So the next night I came down and told everybody how freaking good the steak was and don’t get the hamburger. 4 or 5 people all order the steak and told me it was the best steak tip they received in a long time. They told me how the chef came out and added more of this nice cheese topping with a blow torch and how wonderful it was. There was nothing but good news from my friends. Well I ordered the steak and it was so bad. The waitress even saw me making facing. It was like fresh retreads found on Interstate 95. These cheese topping was cold and just tossed on. No chef coming out to check on me. I was so mad that I ordered the chicken wings. These were actually very good, but they shorted me the ranch that comes with them. You would have thinked that I pissed off the waitress, but that was not the case. I tipped here 20% each night. Back to my motto. Don’t pay top prices for bad steak. I will stick to Costco meat and cook it myself!

Awesome! Great remodel of the former restaurant at the Holiday Inn Gwinnett Center. Definately does not remind you of a hotel restaurant. very interactive, lots of flat screens, the lobby is very social. Even a Wii in the corner. Bowling rocks 215! Firecracker shrimp and the chicken fingers are amazing!
