I’ve been working out here since 2009 with Kim Barber. I absolutely love the staff. They are all very knowledgeable, easy going and professional. I especially love the results, without Pilates, I am a stiff, flabby mess. It strengthens your core while helping you maintain flexibility. Truly love the results. I also, strength train with Ellen. I take a private red cord session with Kim to strengthen muscle imbalances. As you can see they are able to help you make the most of your body in a variety of ways.
