Want good wings? This is a great place for wings. It’s more of a Korean pub to hang out but the main attraction for me is the wings. They will make them extra spicy too. When, I say spicy… I mean spicy. When we crave hot wings, we stop by this place as the sauce seems like it is marinated on the wings and not just dripping all over the place(like BWW). Prices is a little high for the food but considering you are there to drink and hang out, its on par with other joints.

Best wings hands down. Their wing sizes and portions and very generous and filling and all their sauces are amazing. This is my family’s go-to wing and beer place. Their garlic butter wings are my favorite and I also love their hot sauce. Their potato pancake is divine and so crispy. I also love their popcorn and side dishes. If you’re in the area– you HAVE to go. The owners are also very friendly and this is a great place to spend your Friday or Saturday night.

This bar(?) has the best wings in town! The hot wings are my favorite and I could probably have like 30 in one sitting. Soy garlic and lemon pepper is also good too. Service is always friendly even though sometimes they are a bit understaffed.

This is a cozy joint. Hard to describe what it is with its unique interior décor. Not a sports bar but more like a café. We ordered their 20 piece Korean spicy wings. It was spicy all right, but the wings were just plain tiny and not a lot of meat. Somewhat disappointing. It came with ranch and some dipping veggies. The fries were more satisfying than the wings. Good service.

Excellent wings. Ordered 20BBQ and 10 Teriyaki to go. I would go back. 24 $ and change is kind of pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I live nearby and had always noticed this place. The BF is a huge wings fan and he was having a craving, so we decided that it was time to try out Wing Max. Let me just say, I was surprised from the moment I walked in. I’d always just assumed that this was a to-go place. You go in, order your wings and get out. I figured there would be some small tables and chairs and a counter. But it’s an actual bonafide restaurant. It’s got the dark wooden booths that are pretty common in most Korean establishments. One thing, however, makes Café Wing Max stand out. There are trophies on pretty much every surface except the tables for eating. Owner Chris Park is/was a professional golfer. Anyway, we got two orders of 10 wings each. One order was the Garlic Butter and the other was the Hot wings. Garlic Butter was interesting… it had the slightest hint of sweetness. They had a very thin sauce. The Hot wings were not very hot, in my opinion. But they are your typical hot wings, on the drier side. The wings are more Asian style and on the smaller side. The wings came with ranch, celery and what I thought were carrots, but I guess they must have been sweet potato. Interesting! We also got a small order of fries. Those were good, not too salty. Oh, and a random side note — they serve a small basket of popcorn as a free appetizer. It was extremely buttery and salty. I guessed this was to encourage customers to order more drinks to sate their thirst. Our friends joined us later and got the lemon pepper wings, Korean spicy wings and a seafood pancake(haemul pajeon). I immediately thought the lemon pepper wings were on the salty side, but they somehow worked. They were the driest of the bunch, meaning no sauce whatsoever. The Korean spicy wings were covered in that spicy red sauce that is often used in Korean dishes. Not very spicy, in my opinion. They had a hint of sweetness and were the sauciest of the bunch. The haemul panjeon was good — pretty crispy and had chunks of squid, green onions and shrimp. Service was on the slow side. This place is very popular with older Korean folks.

The other night I was in the mood for wings, and having driven by Wing Max 1000 times and never trying it, I figured it was time to give it a shot. After reading the very positive Unilocal reviews, I had a good feeling about it. The wings were spot on and tasted great. We ordered lemon pepper, teriyaki, and the spicy Korean wings. They were all very flavorful, but I think I liked the teriyaki wings the best. They weren’t saucy on the outside at all, but they had tons of flavor once you bit in to them. The spicy Korean wings were indeed spicy. They were coated with that chili sauce that you find at most Korean BBQ restaurants. If you are a fan of that sauce, you will really enjoy these wings. We also ordered the house special fried rice, and it was delicious as well. My only knock on Wing Max is that it did take a little while for them to get my take out order ready. I’ll chalk it up to them having to do everything from scratch, and ultimately it wasn’t that big of a deal. It appears that Wing Max also offers more than just wings, as I noticed a few families in the restaurant dining on various Korean dishes, which looked really good. I didn’t see any of that on the take out menu, so either that’s a dine-in only thing or they figured that some random white dude(i.e. me) wouldn’t be interested. Either way, it’s certainly one more reason to return. If you live in or around this part of Duluth and have a hankerin’ for some wings, Wing Max definitely hits the spot.

Great place for KFC(Korean fried chicken) and drinks! Their nakji bokkeum ain’t bad either~ It’s a ‘no-frills’ place, but it’s perfect if you want to just meet a few close friends!

The best wings you’ll have in Gwinnett area. Each and every wing flavor they serve is really flavorful. They’re open late, so it’s a great place to satisfy your drunchies. Be sure to try their ‘hot’ and ‘garlic’ flavors.

You wouldn’t think it, but this is a nice place for a quiet date, especially if you are old schooled Asian like myself. I had the good luck of stopping in here last week and I was very pleasantly surprised by the décor, down to earth service and delicious wings. This place reminds me of some place in a foreign country, not here in the U.S. Everything in the U.S. has gone too commercial for the most part. For my American friends, if you have an Asian date and getting late, this might beat the coffee bar for a quiet late night out followed by some«some some» if you know what I mean.

Interesting little wing shop. I tried to go in once on a random weeknight but they were closed. I think at the time they were only open in the evenings. I was on my way home last week and decided to try my luck. Thankfully, they were open. Wing Max has a bunch of Korean items on their menu(which I haven’t tried) but I was in the mood for wings. So far I’ve had the Teriyaki, Lemon Pepper, and Korean Style wings. I have to admit I was a little surprised that the place didn’t suck and the wings were decently sized. As for taste, they were all good but my favorites were definitely the Korean Style ones. I’m very partial to spicy flavors.

The wings here are the absolute best. I’ve just simply NEVER had better. The wait staff is quick and efficient and I love the sweet potatoes they add to the dish in addition to celery, cools me off exceptionally. Though we no longer live there if we’re in the area I know we’ll be swinging by to get some because they’re completely addictive.

Wing Max is probably in the TOP5 in chicken wings of Atlanta. Their wings are perfectly flavored while being the perfect size.(medium) Most people dont know about this small hole in the wall located near the gas station on Peachtree Industrial. Its our to go joint after bowling on brunswick, golfing at the Par 3 or the Hooch. Their fried rice is hit or miss. When the rice isnt soggy it’s also one of the best. A great place to cool down after a strenuous day of golf with a few beers. I love Wing Max.
