I’m from NY it’s far from NY taste Not enough sauce, crust too thick and tasteless, cheese is too much and not fresh To top it off very over priced

I have been going to lunch here once a week for the last 2+ months. The pizza is probably the closest to real NY pizza that I have tasted in my 10 years here in GA, at least north of Atlanta. And the pizza is consistently good! Service is good too! I have now started to bring my co-workers here as well and share my secret of great pizza!

Ordered a large veggie pizza for delivery. It came hot and earlier than promised. It was the best delivered pizza I have had in a long time This will be my go to from now on

Huge portions. Pizza is good quality. I’ve had the lunch special and large supreme pizza. I’d recommend this pizza joint. They had trivia night the Saturday I was visiting.

Really good pizza! The crust is thin & crispy — my favorite! Garlic knots were quite good also! Pleasant surprise from a pizza place attached to a gas station!

Food: There frozen thawed dough was gross and soggy. I had a white pizza with broccoli. Garlic was a missing ingredient on my pizza… shoot flavor was missing too. If you bought a frozen bag of chopped broccoli, thawed it and put it on a pizza, you’d have an ingredient Gordo’s uses on it. If you like cheap cheese like Papa John’s, you’d have Gordo’s cheese. If you eat ricotta cheese right out of the container, you’d have Gordo’s pizza. Do your self a favor, save your money and get a California Kitchens white pizza, blows the doors off Gordo’s thawed frozen ingredients. The Service:(restaurant occupancy 1, just me) My waitress started off decent, I got my coke and 10 minutes later my gross pizza. After eating some of it, I was done. I ran out of coke, ran out of stomach to eat it because the broccoli smelled and tasted awful(old chopped frozen soggy taste). Then enters a 5 top. They greeted these loyal customers like family. The cook & waitress walked over and the hovered around them chatting and laughing as I waited for my check… even a drink refill or how is everything would have been nice… Nada. 15 minutes goes by and the 5 top starts gets drinks as my drink stands neglected at the edge of the table. Shaking the ice as my waitress ignores me and walks by smiling at her happy 5 top. I played Candy crush while waiting for anything from her, I got Nada. I stood up in front of my waitress as she was walking towards the 5 top behind me again and walked the register hoping for a check. SHEFINALLYASKSME… «would you like a box for your pizza?». a simple«no» came out of my mouth. THEN I WAITEDAGAIN as she left to serve more drinks… $ 17 bill I left $ 1 tip and I still feel ripped off. I’ll never eat at this place again. First and last time. Avoid unless you like pizza at a lower quality than Tony’s Pizza from your grocery store and service that doesn’t exist.

Very good cheese slice. Good salad dressing even if salad was only lettuce, tomato and some thin sliced onion, great garlic knots. Really cheap lunch. I will be back.

I walked in, and I was immediately struck by how dingy it felt inside. I mean it is attached to gas station! The whole thing is covered in black and red checkers. Don’t get me wrong, it is so glorious! I love places like that. The interior lived up to the«hole-in-the-wall» feel. Definitely a positive. My friend and I got a couple of Fat Tires and enjoyed a slice each. Because we were already full from lunch, we couldn’t enjoy the pizza to its full extent, but it was definitely delicious. Slices are huge, covered in grease, just the right amount of bread-cheese-sauce proportion and with so many different toppings to choose from! In my conversations with native NYers, this pizza does seem to have a genuine NY flair which makes this a must try if you are into pizza. Would love to try out the rest of the menu. Service mirrored more of a sit-down restaurant, meaning you had to wait a minute for the pizza to come out. I guess I am used to pizza taking two seconds to get on my plate. It was served steaming and hot and paired so perfectly with the red pepper flakes and the garlic salt. Ratchet, a hot mess maybe… but absolutely delicious! There is also a cheap lunchtime combo(11am-5pm) of a slice of cheese pizza and a salad. Definitely a good price at $ 4.50!

$ 20 for a large pepperoni? So silly me for thinking it would be worth what I paid. Not even close tasted and looked like little Caesars. Bottom line socks, still on.

Maybe it’s because we went an hour before closing, but honestly, it wasn’t all that great. We ordered the medium size pie with the works, and it was a bit bland and soggy towards the middle. The ingredients themselves seemed pretty fresh, though. We also ordered the hot wings. I liked the wings better than the pizza. Although I prefer the«hot» to actually, but hot, at least these wings were perfectly cripsy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Greek salad was also meh, whatever.

First off the pizza is not that good what so ever… I can only chuckle when they claim to be NYC style pizza. If you like cardboard, tasteless pizza then this is your place forsure! Owner is a ahole to say the least and the lady that was working there is quite arrogant. Ask to use there wifi network and I was given a baseless arrogant reason why I couldn’t use it. I will never spend another nickel in this place again!

I am a New Yorker and a yankee. Pizza consistently fails me in this south. This restaurant is the exception and delivers authentic New York style pizza. The crust is thin and infused with olive oil, the toppings are copious and the the cheeses are rich. This is not a cheap pie. A large cheese pizza comes in at $ 17. A specialty pizza runs $ 23-$ 24. However, the price is worthwhile and evident in the quality of the ingredients. The full menu is pure New York also. These folks understand the difference between a calzone and a stromboli. Many southern restaurants do not. They also carry garlic knots. These are, literally, a 2 inch not of bread dough, glazed and coated in oil and garlic, with fresh garlic tied in the know. While not the best I have ever had, it is great to see them on a menu. We have not made it deep into the pasta menu as we have stopped at the pizza and stayed there. However, the next time our sons are lobbying for Olive Garden we are going here.

I am a Gordos fan! I was there last night and I ordered the eggplant parmesan. It was delicious. Get Smart Trivia was there as they are every Saturday. Great atmosphere, many people who come regularly on Saturday, many walk in orders as well as called in orders. Kid friendly!

A refreshing pizza. Owner is the cook. All items are freshly made. Homemade cheese sticks are amazing. Pizza by the slice. Quality ingredients… No skimping on freshness and amount of food. My favorites are the salads. It is almost impossible to find a freshly prepared salad these days. Homemade dressings. the Greek salad with Chicken is my favorite. Just tried their new fresh basil tomatoe soup. Wow!!! Great to marry pizza with culinary talent. The biggest negative… is …it is in a shopping center. Not much roadside appeal. Interior is clean and basic. Could use a facelift… But I don’t care… if the food is good… place is clean… I’m coming back. Close to Sugarloaf country Club. They deliver !!!

3.5 stars. I stopped by this unassuming pizzeria on my way home yesterday. This place is a little hidden from the street and I only went in because the Wings place I was trying to go to was closed. However I’m happy I found this place. After looking at their menu real quick, I ordered 2 slices of their meat special to go. When I got home I was a bit surprised at the amount of meat he was able to load onto the slice… huge I say… in retrospect, 1 slice should’ve sufficed for lunch but I was especially hungry and was actually able to down both. Who knew i was such a meat slut. I tasted pepperoni, ham, sausage and gyro meat. So far, I’ve only gotten 1 item but if the other slices are equally impressive, I will upgrade to 4 stars. Overall, it seems to be a very viable neighborhood option.
