Wingstop

My wings were average. The fries were soggy. «Manager» didnt wear any gloves while making my meal. From taking the wings out of the cooler, dropping them in the fryer, touching the fryer basket, fridge door, digital timer, and then tossed them in a dirty bowl for sauce. no gloves. packing them up for me after touching raw chicken. no gloves. Not going back… gross!

No complaints on the wing texture and taste. Ordered the Hawaiian, teriyaki and the smoked bbq (the teriyaki was my least favorite). The veggies were good, nice and cold and paired well with the ranch and wings. THE FRIES WERE HORRENDOUS!!! Yuck! You couldn’t pay me to eat them (seriously change the oil on your fry fryer please!) the wait was about 15 minutes for 20 wings, fries and veggies.
The customer service sucked. I wanted the 20 wings 3 flavors 3 sauces that comes with fries, veggies and 3 rolls that is on the menu for $ 25 but the girl at the counter told me no that she couldn’t do that one she could only do the the 30 wing pack which made me wonder why the heck can you do 30 wings but can’t do 20 ?? Makes no sense but I wasn’t in the mood so I just picked the by the wing and ordered the sides separate. Totally felt like she was trying to up sell me the more expensive package but there was no way my husband and I would’ve eaten 30 wings … We didn’t even finish the ones we did order. They also didn’t have beans. Anyhow would probably go again. Would most likely only order the wings and veggies. Would definitely call my order in ahead. Place is open till midnight so that makes me happy considering nothing is ever open here in Georgia past 9pm (drives me nuts!)

I love the wings at wingstop! The flavors are delicious and the meat is super tender and juicy. They also put a very generous amount of sauce on their wings. Try the atomic if you’re brave. I usually get the original hot. Unilocal offer: 5 free boneless wings with any purchase. Can’t go wrong with that!

The wings were ok. I went with hickory bbq, and garlic parmesan, not exactly worth going out of my way for. Fries were soggy.
Worst part was the speed. 25 minutes for 10 wings and fries??? And the server hands me the fries, not in a bag, when she knows I have a to go order. Come on… you’re better than that.

Friendly staff. Fresh hot wings. Unilocal had special for 5 free wings ($ 4.19). Store was clean.

Obviously either I’m crazy or people have never experienced a truly good meal in there life. Certain things must be taken in account in the food industry business when you ask for wings a certain way for instance fried hard doesn’t mean fried to «death». Seasoning on the wings were terrible in regards to the «Cajun» wing may as well called it salt with red sauce. The «garlic Parmesan» wing forget about it, covered with some flavorless dust truly disappointing. The fries soggy and mind you they are served in an open tray so the condensation form a closed container cannot be taken into account. Lastly «roaches» on the floor now mind you even if a certain amount of red flags are allowed when a establishment is rated don’t have the «flag» at the the entrance dead on the floor. At least have the business sense to keep an establishment looking to par even if it was not. For all those individuals that gave this Wing Stop those previous rave reviews were obviously part owners, friends, family, or as before mentioned have «never» had a truly good meal.

Flavor ok but very greasy. My basket had a pool of oil in it. Had to fish wings out of that !!

Ugh. There was absolutely nothing else I wanted to eat in this area of duluth, ga. I came to visit a friend and didn’t seem like it was much choices in the area. I didn’t want sit down thou. I figured u can’t go wrong with wings so here I am. Boringgggggg. Anyway I got a 15 piece but modified the order to a tee. The guy at the counter did it without a prob and was polite without over-​charging!!! Anyway, I’mma eat soon as I was waiting for my order. WHOAAAAAA — -WTF, did I just see a roach under a table. Not like a outside water bug; I’m talking a real food roach… Um, I May NOT BE LEAVING A REVIEW BUT FOR NOW a 1 star… (2hrs later) Ok IM BACK… My wings were awesome I must say. Fresh and hot. OK OK, so I have a change of heart. I’m going to leave wing stop 4 stars for such awesome wings and excellent customer service. They won’t get a five because of that lil roach, «I thought I saw». I’ve had wing stop in another state, but this was the first time I realized there was one nearby. I ordered my classic lemon pepper wings and also got Louisiana rub. The Louisiana rub always actually very delectable! It did take a long time for our order to be ready, but that was not because they were dilly dallying, moreso the cooking process itself. The interior is casual and a good place to stop for a quick bite. I believe they have 50cent wing deals early in the week. Bonus was the cleanliness of the kitchen!

I’m not picky when it comes to wing places because I love wings, but this place is by far the worst wing stop/​restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s disgusting. The employees are the worst part. I ordered boneless wings mild and lemon pepper mixed, got my order and my wings had no lemon pepper. I walk up to the counter and asked for the lemon pepper I never got, and the girl says «you can just give me your plate and I’ll do it for you» I didn’t bother to do the most so I just asked if I could get it on the side, her response was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me and continued to have an attitude while she was on her way to get my lemon pepper that I originally asked for while she was taking my order in the first place. On top of all that, I was sitting next to the drink machine, (which isn’t a problem) a kid walks up to refill his drink, and the Coke tab that hooks onto the drink spout fell off and fell to the ground, the other employees that were eating I’m not sure if they were on break or whatever but they come with their unwashed hands, pick the tab up and put it back on the Coke spout without even washing THEIR hands let alone washing the tab that fell ON THE FLOOR.
In all, I was disgusted. Never again will I come here.

Wow! This staff is the epitome of ineptitude! The young lady that takes the orders is very bad at customer service. She hasn’t got a clue about how to use common sense with her job.
We came in and ordered a 20 piece of wings and some fries. While sitting there I saw them mishandle about 3 orders. There was a person who ordered online 3 hours before and it still wasn’t ready! They called out an order for someone who wasn’t there (or so we thought) and just sat it there to get cold. Well that was my order and she had called out the wrong name. A little common sense would have led her to just say hey didn’t you order a 20 piece with fries? But noooo. it just sat there until 20 more minutes go by and we ask where the hell our order is and she says, i don’t know. is this it?
And on top of all that, the wings weren’t even very good. Thanks, but no thanks Wing Stop. I just had a $ 22 lesson on where not to get food.

Came in here to grab a quick bite. Two of the drum sticks were not cooked fully. The cook offered to replace them for me, and one was still not fully cooked!

I love Wing Stop but I usually go to another location. I was near this location, so I decided to have dinner.
My assumption that the foods I get from my favorite location and this one turned out to be false.
The wings were rather dry. Fries were in the different sizes (!). Their signature taste of fries was not there at all.
Staff members were looking as if they didn’t want to be working.
I will continue to go to my favorite location of Wing Stop, but not this one any more.

I’m very picky about wings, but wing stop is definitely near the top when it comes to my favorite places for wings.
My reason is because they make crispy wings! I hate wings that are soggy or baked. Whenever I order extra crispy/​well done wings, they make it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
I’ve only been here maybe three times, but I’ll definitely make this my regular stop.
Lemon pepper and Louisiana dry rub are my favorite.
The only things I don’t like are that they don’t cook online orders that are over $ 30 unless you pay first (even though there’s no option to enter your credit card info) and their fries aren’t that good.
They need to give an option to pay online or thru the app because I don’t usually like giving my info over the phone.
I think the fries are just my preference. When I came home the fries were bland and didn’t taste that good.

Just left the Duluth location and even though I purchased $ 20 worth of food the attendant said I could not use the Unilocal coupon unless I purchased a large drink and fries. Therefore I could not get the free 5 boneless wings. Sometimes an establishment needs to do their best to accommodate the customer. In this case he could have easily rearranged my purchased so that I could use the free coupon. Would have taken 2 minutes. But instead I’ll be sure to not patronize this establishment simple because of an attendant unwillingness to work around a bendable rule. Smdh! Sad!
Btw the wings were too saucy and not very flavorful. A far cry from when I ordered here a year ago.

Their traditional boneless wings on a good day (which is most of the time) is excellent. Especially the lemon pepper and Serrano pepper glaze. Seriously no complaints. The staff is also friendly. But do NOT get their boneless wings. It is very very salty.

Nice place, nice people! This was my first time having wing stop and it was pretty good! I thought that their wings would be like hot wing stops (American deli) but they are more of a dry rub! Still pretty good though!

I moved from Dallas to Duluth & was «SUPER» excited to see a WingStop near my home (I normally go to Wingstop 3059 Lawrenceville Hwy, Ste J, Lawrenceville, GA 30 044 (770) 931−3400…OK I ALWAYS GET THE SAME ORDER EACH TIME I VISIT LEMON PEPPER FRIED EXTRA HARD, ALL FLATS WITH 2 RANCH DRESSING… They just can’t seem to get it right & when that happens I pay for it… if they leave a dressing out they charge me for it… if its not fried hard I have to wait the extra time to get it right… if its not all flats as i requested I have to wait for it and they offer zero compensation for my time etc… I DECIDED I WILL GO BACK TO LAWRENCEVILLE FOR PEACE OF MIND… I’M OVER THIS THIS WINGSTOP…

I’ve been here twice now and the first time was just ok service, but this second visit was really cool. I think the two guys there were maybe the owners and we’re both very friendly. One was getting the order of a customer in front of me and the other came from the back to try and help me which I thought was very nice considering usually there is always just one person doing register. I haven’t tried many flavors and they were very accommodating to my indecisiveness by offering me the sauces to try to help make a choice. That was extra customer service and I appreciated it! The food is also good so that’s an added plus.

3. It was a bit cold, but I think that goes for all wing stop locations.
4. I was happy when they had some of the limited flavors and used this store as a pilot location. (Serano Glaze best flavor to hit wing stop)
