A friend recommended this place to me since I just moved to the area. I’m constantly on the hunt for a good buffalo chicken pie and this place is one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything looked amazing when I went in and I will definitely be going back to try something else!

Some pretty awesome speciality pies, I love the chicken bacon ranch and the Marsala pizza in particular.

Pizza was absolutely delicious. You can pretty much make whatever kind of pizza you want, they have sooo many varieties. Not such a fan of the wings. The only reason I don’t give this place a higher rating is service, everyone seems really nice and friendly except the one person who SHOULD be nice and friendly, the cashier, not the most friendliest of ladies. She’s prob the only reason I sometimes order from somewhere else when I want to pick up. Everyone else there though, just amazing.

This is a great BYOB/BYOW little Italian restaurant. Their pizza is excellent(not quite as good as Rome down the street but very good) and their dinners are superb. I usually get the chicken parm dinner but I’ve also had the eggplant rollatini, chicken florentine, and the dish where they put all the seafood(shrimp, mussels, clams, scallops) over pasta(forget the name). Their menu is very robust compared to other«mom and pop» Italian places. Never a complaint EDIT: To Steve N below. I am a veteran as well(US Navy — 1980 – 1988) but would never go to a mom and pop restaurant like this expecting or asking for a «military discount» To put it bluntly, the«veteran woman» you speak of is an asshole who for all I know never served or was booted out like that phony vet«Marine» that worked at the Asian Bistro place in B’water and made up the fake receipt. Real Vets are humble and don’t expect special considerations

I WAS a regular customer. However, While picking up a couple pies last week, I witnessed the owners disrespect a veteran(woman) when she asked if they offer a military discount. Their ignorant, rehearsed and incredibly disrespectful answer was«the government doesn’t give us a discount, why should we». The woman did not argue and politely paid her bill. Perhaps the brothers should consider appreciating the fact that they can open and operate a successful business in this country, in large part because of the sacrifices of veterans. Consider offering and publicizing a discount for our military. I cannot and will not patronize a business that treats vets like they do. I would rather eat a still frozen pizza.

Great Pizza. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I always get the pizza so I can’t speak the rest of the menu. Actually, I’ve had the cavatelli & broccoli and that was fantastic too. Don’t hesitate to get a pie from here, you won’t be disappointed.

wow if not for the Snowmaggedon I never would have know THEY’REBAAAAACK! I didnt want to go too far on the bad roads and I was dying or a slice so I ran in there rather than drive. What a loss this amazing food has been to me since they left and it fell into incompetent hands. I am a New Yorker by birth and Garden Stater by heart which gives me quite the pedigree in pizza and I will tll you that this is so good its unbelievable. And the Philly cheese steak is a home run! I love the family. They are fiercely proud of their food and with every reason. I can now go back to my old habit of stopping in there three times a week. The best! order anything… its all superb Italian home cooking!

i ran into the same problem another reviewer did. we ordered the bruschetta pizza, and waited almost 40 minutes for it. they kept apologizing to my husband on the long wait saying first that the gentlemans’ daugher was working the front and make an error on the wait time, then they were making the bruschetta fresh, and then they told him that they had a lot of orders coming in. duh! its 5pm, its call the dinner rush. we finally get the pizza, and it was extremely disappointing. the tomato was in huge chunks, and the garlic was over-powering. we will not be going there again.

Been going to Gulios since they opened, and with the exception of when owners changed hands, every visit was a great visit. Of course, their pizzas are fantastic(San magarite – yum!). Their dinners are so fresh. Try the eggplant parm, it’s very good. Most importantly, the owners and staff are really nice… good people!

Giulio’s original owners are back! They took over the business on May 21, and they are using all of the great recipes that made us love this fantastic pizzeria and restaurant. Expect great food, friendly service, and a casual atmosphere as they bring the family favorite back to glory.
