The service and food exceeded my expectations. It was very tasty. The bartender Darrion took great care of us. He’s the reason why I’m giving it 5 stars. Happy hour was in effect when we got there. There were margaritas for $ 3.99. You can get them frozen or on the rocks. The flavors are blueberry, strawberry and mango. I got blueberry with a sugar rim and it was fantastic. Also, for dessert we got the chocolate chip and ice cream in a skillet :-) I’m not sure the name of it but it was so good it HAS to be a sin ! Actually my mouth is watering just thinking about it! But overall great experience pretty decent food and I’m happy :-)

I go to chili’s all the time but I think this location is getting worse. Poorly prepared food… bad service, dirty inside. Not recommended.

Sooooooo the worst management ever must’ve taken over. It is lunch time with dinner time wait. The server had what looked like 8 – 10 tables which was the first issue. He never brought the margaritas until 40 mins rolled by. Everyone’s soup, salad and entrée came out at the same time 40 mins after sitting. The food was cold and my friends toddlers were losing it! We saw a couple of ppl walk out and cross the parking lot to Wild Wing Café. I brought this to the managers attention and he says, «I don’t doubt it. We’ve been struggling.» What does that even mean? Does it rectify the situation? Management and staffing shortage is an immediate problem that needs to be handled. The food was so awful we didn’t want it boxed up even though he made it free. I’m now at Taki eating hibachi!

I use Chili’s for take out purposes. Always fast service and good food. No complaints about this spot.

At first, things were promising. But then, I got my food. First of all, my server was very nice and friendly. She was prompt and took our orders very quickly. I then ordered the 6oz steak with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Steak was okay and was cooked a little under than what I wanted, but it was all good. However, the mashed potatoes really tasted like instant mashed potatoes — the powdered, just-add-water type with some cheese on top that was melted through a salamander. Not good. Then, the mac and cheese was even worse — it had the nuclear yellow fake cheese taste with a dash of jalapeño to perhaps mask its frozen-dinner-like quality to it. I had to send it back, and requested for broccoli instead — welp, broccoli was over cooked. It was mush. At this point, I didnt even care. I just didnt eat it. Then, when we received the bill, I later realized that they charged an extra dollar for the mac and cheese. smh. All in all, this should really be getting a one star review, but I figured that if youre used to this kind of food, you may actually appreciate it. Unfortunately, this really didnt suit my palette, and I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone else. I say splurge a little and go somewhere else with better, fresher food.

This is the only chilis I come to just because they have the BESTBARTENDERS! They make the best drinks and extremely delicious margaritas! Ask for Darrion, Megan or Laura… they are perfectionist!!! I’ll never have a margarita anywhere else

Whelp, I mean chilies has always been my go to place when I want a quick meal, but this one is terrible. The waitress didn’t write any of our order down. I guess she thought we would think she was cool if she could remember it. I ordered shrimp pasta and it came out chicken. I had to wait 15 more Minutes to get 6 tiny shrimp. We had to ask for refills and never got the side of ranch we asked for. It wasn’t busy at all. So sad with how cheap once decent clutch restaurant chilies use to be. I blame it on the youth we have today who instead of doing their job is trying to convince some tables that she«doesn’t need a man». How about you be a waitress. No one cares about your false representation your trying to bestow on us to convince your waitress job is just temporary and you will be something great one day. You can’t even take a order right. Don’t flatter yourself or to attempt to flatter anyone else.

Our children likes Chili’s, so we come often, to different branches, including this one. We went here last night at around 8:30ish pm(we usually eat at Chili’s during earlier times) after picking up our son from his night school, to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and I mentioned that to the lady who guided us to our seat(6-person booth located on the left side of the bar, in front of the kitchen door.). Our server, who didn’t mentioned her name, took our orders more than 10 mins after we arrived(there were only 2 tables occupied, one’s our family including our 1 year old, then around 15 minutes later, the other tables got filled) then after 9 mins, appetizers arrived, our dinner served 24 mins. later, including our 1 year old’s meal, following the appetizers. Unfortunately, my son’s 10 oz steak, which he ordered medium rare, was served to him seared, but very raw inside. And my combo chicken and steak fajitas… is missing the steak. So we asked for my missing steak, but she made an impression in front of the manager that I ordered chicken only in which I immediately clarified that I never ordered chicken fajitas in my life(I would order a steak fajita, I’m not a big fan of chicken fajitas, no offense) and we also mentioned and showed the manager my son’s rare steak. The manager came back 3 times after that because they can’t make it into a medium rare steak! My overly done, chewy steak for fajita came in 15 mins(I don’t wanna complain for this anymore because it’s tiring), my son’s steak was finally done right after more than 30 mins of them trying… while we were eating the dessert, already. Our server, no explanation, nothing, didn’t seem to care and refills took too long and wrong, too, like for the 1 soda and 1 water bacame 2 water refills because she didn’t even listened to us when we asked her prior. Our family sang happy birthday, twice, during dessert, our server didn’t bother nor the lady who sat us… and that’s the cherry on top of our experience. We got done past 10:15 pm. I’ve been a server too when I was younger, and I’m sure this experience is not about a good service. We did a long wait for our orders to be taken, served and done correctly, the highchair for our toddler was filty that i can’t clear the corners from old foodd with my wipes even I scrubbed it hard, no togo bags for our boxes, and we received, overall, a lousy service… not a good experience. I hope they’ll do better next time.

Went on a Friday night for dinner. There were a few people ahead of us and there was no one available to seat us. Someone came and took down the details of the people before us and then got busy doing something. Then a few minutes later he realized that we were there and then apologized and took the details. The person who seated us was very courteous and gave us a choice to decline the table that was close to the kitchen. Which we did and promptly cleared a table that got vacated and got us seated. That was the best part of the evening. Our server mumbled her name and had an expression on her face that could be interpreted as «stern». She took our order and then our drinks came in installments. 3 drinks served 3 separate times. Our food was served and it was at best Lukewarm if not cold. Our request for napkins was delivered after the second reminder and the Dessert came to our table after another 2 reminders. I got an impression that our server was doing us a favor by serving us. I had been to this restaurant after a gap of a few months and our last experience too was not very good. I think I will let this restaurant a pass in future.

Went to lunch and I tried something different the spicy shrimp tacos. They were good, although the photo of them on the menu depicts that the shrimp are breaded The shrimp in the tacos that I received were naked. Which is ok, since its healthier. The rice was hard maybe not cooked or steamed all the way through, would have really enjoyed it if it was made right. Think I’ll stick to my chipotle chicken crispers and bacon burger next time. Ordered a dinner salad and the plate that it came on had some crusty baked on residue on it, like it had been run through the dishwasher with food still on it. Service was excellent, Rachel was wonderfully consistent! Food came out in no time also.

This review is not specifically for this location, but for Chili’s in general. Today I ordered my usual grilled salmon and Chili’s has changed their white rice to green rice :-(which had an after taste. It was not good and they didn’t keep the option to have white rice, just green rice only! I exchanged my side for mashed potatoes, which was not that tasty either. Not sure what I would order next time I come in to go with my salmon… fish goes really well with rice and it didn’t feel good to only be stuck with one option. Please add the white rice back to the menu.

I usually like Chili’s but not this one. The service is underwhelming, the food is below. average, and the last time I was there it smelled nasty. Something isn’t right.

First time at this location and so far I am pleased. Chilli’s is great when you want to sit in the lounge area, watch a game, and share apps and drinks with friends and drunken friends you’ll meet. The servers are a bit overwhelmed but they are attentive and hardworking.

I’ve ordered food to-go during lunch either via the online form or by phone. The issue is not that the food is bad. It’s Chili’s…there isn’t much to expect. There are just huge glaring issues with the staff. On my 1st visit, I waited at the bar for about 5 minutes to be greeted and then another 5 minutes to receive my food. The bartender only had a handful of guests. On visit number 2, I went with a coworker to pick up order to-go orders at the bar. We again waited…5+ minutes for the bartender to greet us. During the time it took him to get our food to us he used the cash drawer twice and left it open the entire time. That is a HUGE safety concern. My coworker e-mailed corporate and we were able to get coupons for the slow wait times. Visit number 3 was just like visit number 1. 3 strikes and you’re out Chili’s Perimeter. Sorry!
