Dupont Dental

I made an appt over the phone and staff was awesome had a good laugh and I felt comfortable going (terrible dentist anxiety) to went to my appt with my three kids and youngest daughter knocked over a globe. Everyone got up to check on her and no one was upset just glad she was ok. I mean good hearted ppl here. I was a little embarrassed but the main doctor she was so kind said «well that’s what’s kids do» lol and it was true but still. My actually appt was good and it didn’t hurt. They prescribed me some meds to calm me nervous heart and I’m going back plus my kids all got toys!

My husband and I came here by referral. Staff is very nice and welcoming. All my visits have always been so pleasant. It’s just what we were looking for in a Dentist. I’m sure that’s what all their patients think because boy oh boy do they get booked!

I went there in 2010 and had a horrible experience. One of my wisdom teeth had a huge hole (cavity) in it and the hygienist thought it would be a good idea to spray water and air in it after I had asked her not to multiple times.
Dr. Overby wasn’t horrible but when I asked him if my filling was loose and if he would remove it and replace it he refused to do so.
Mainly my issue was the two hygienists I have seen. They were both rough, and had horrible people skills. Also, as someone who is very self conscious about their dental hygiene I felt a little demeaned when I was lectured for over 15 minutes about how I was doing every thing wrong and all my teeth would fall out!
If you want your teeth cleaned and nothing else then go here, if you want nice conversation with quality dental care then go somewhere else!

The dentists and staff and DuPont Dental are reallly great. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere, and they make a dental appointment as good as it can be. Everyone is very professional and helpful. My kids enjoy going there too.

Going to the dentist is never a fun thing to do, but DuPont Dental does a great job. I used to get my teeth cleaned up north, and I thought that my old dentist was doing a good job. I couldn’t have been more wrong. DuPont Dental found and corrected some poor filings that my old dentist had done and I could tell they genuinely cared about the treatment they provided. All of their staff is friendly, professional and knowledgable. I can count numerous time where they have fit me in on short notice to help accomadate me. I like them so much that even though I am permanantly moving to Oregon within the next week, I will keep them as my dentist.

I fear dentists, but they are pretty gentle at this place. They are understanding and slow and don’t make you feel bad if you’re scared. I’m happy being seen here.
