Super Buffet

Worst food I ever ate there.!! $ 16.58 for an adult today and It was all over salted, greasy, and awful. We got Lobster claws and the 4 I opened had no meat. It all boiled away. They removed one meal from our bill. Woop. I will call it my last visit. Zero stars but had to use one to post.

Cockroach ran across our table. All we got back in return was a 10% discount. Thanks Super Buffet. Not. Never coming back here again.

The place was dirty, service was poor no personality. Most of the food was ok. Not worth the price.

Mediocre Chinese buffet, but can’t expect too much in DuPont. Went here for dinner once and felt it was kind of pricey for the food selection and quality.

I came here once and it was the worst food I have ever had. Hopefully they’ve gotten better. Even the wasabi by the sushi was turning brown because it was being left out going old. All the flavors were bland and tasted the same. This is coming from someone who is generous with good reviews for most places.
I’m going to try the one in Lacey since I’ve heard two different people say they liked it. Wish me luck…

Good and nice service. Food is horrible but if you haven’t been exposed to good Asian food you’d probably like it (and there is plenty).

We went here for lunch today and I was very surprised how empty it was. The restaurant was very clean, food was plentiful and service was very good. Ladies bathroom was very clean. Definitely a big military stop as it is located near the base. Soldiers were very friendly and kind. LOL! I’m not a huge fan of buffets — ate what I wanted — feel I got my money’s worth.

Super big selection on the usual buffet faire plus a nice selection of desserts. Super friendly staff. The child pricing is also indexed by age, which is super nice when you’ve got young ones who aren’t quite full eatera. Our 3 year old was about $ 3.

First time at super buffet it was excellent, and abundant selection food was very tasty and the service was very pleasant I would highly recommend coming here

It’s a bit on the pricey side but their variety is pretty large. The food was tasty and the staff was nice. The restaurant is quite large so going here and finding a seat is no problem. I’d definitely eat here again.

Not the greatest, but not the worse. Don’t go before 5:00 pm because it’s pretty empty and they won’t restock the food unless more people show. They wouldn’t restock crabs for the LONGEST time until I finally asked. Service is great, tho. Pretty pricey.

Unfriendly staff, bland rice, crab wasn’t to fresh, fruit wasn’t ripe, chow mein had a texture like it was coated in slime, the lady took my sons plate away when we went to bathroom even though I didn’t put it by the edge of the table and he still had a whole slice of pizza on it. The reason that bothered me was because they were out of pizza when I went back up there to get him a replacement slice. The self serve ice cream was good, just wish they had cones.

Rounding up from 3.5 stars. For a buffet, this place has quite the selection — you can go back for 5, 6, or 7 rounds and probably still not completely try everything. The place was clean, which is really important for us when it comes to buffets. We came here for a late lunch and even though the place wasn’t that crowded, our servers were constantly checking on us and refilling our drinks. Large dining area so definitely good for groups or large parties. They even had another dining area in the back.
Everything I tried was pretty good. Lots of choices for meats, seafood, vegetables and desserts. They even had an entire sushi bar area, but I did not try that — I don’t trust any sushi that looks like it was laying out. We were still eating when they brought out their seafood dinner options — today their crab legs, lobster claws, etc. were on point… I think I had 3 plates of that alone! Not the fanciest restaurant, but I think you get your money’s worth.

The buffet was extremely overpriced considering the quality of the food. Many of the options tasted bad. I’m far from a contisseur but I know foul tasting food when I bite in to it. They had a lot of the exotic (frog legs, squid, etc) but the way the food was seasoned left much to be desired. And afterward, I felt sick to my stomach (not normal for me). Likely won’t be going back.

Super“bad” buffet is giving this place too much… We arrived before 5 pm, 1 other couple in the entire place… Food was sloppy, over priced and the dining room seemed dirty and needing repair. As I walked up to the crab legs, an employee was stirring the food next to the crab, she coughed without closing her mouth or covering her mouth right above the sneeze guard… In plain site of anybody watching… This killed my large appetite and asked for the check. I understand that Chinese buffets are not known for quality, but to charge $ 14.00 per person, served in a dirty setting, food was gross and now contaminated with the employees germs makes me a fan of eating at home! Will not return! I suggest to run far from this place… I can’t even begin to explain my bathroom experience after yesterday’s visit to this super BAD buffet! Thanks

So very bad! The food is often left there forever. The sushi was stale, and obviously made in advance (like grocery store sushi) The crab was overcooked and overly salted, as was everything else on the menu. The dim sum was terrible and dried out. Nothing worth eating was refreshed often, and the foods that were refreshed are usually carb «fillers» that make you full and make you leave after having one plate. Definitely NOT worth the price. It seems to be catered to people who have lost their tastebuds or sense of smell or don’t give a … What they stuff down their mouths.
I have been here twice and I thought the first time they were having an off night. Nope!!! Never again. For the same price, I would rather drive down to Lacey for Main Buffet which has sushi chefs AT the station churning out fresh sushi constantly or removing old ones that have been sitting out. Their selection may be smaller than Super Buffet but I wouldn’t subject anyone to eating here if they valued their money or body.
This place also gives off the vibe that they are serving you cheap crud for their maximum profit. No bueno!!!

Absolutely horrible… Don’t even waste your time or money. You can definitely tell that this place was a has been. The food is substandard and the condition of the restaurant could be renovated. The carpet is old and stained, even the dishes are stained. Imagine that. White plates with stains. Bring your own cups. $ 35 dollars for two adults and a 2 year old. The staff was friendly none the less.

Second time I’ve been here. First time was absolutely horrible and swore I’d never be back but I did return over a year later.
Service has improved I think. Food — there’s a lot to choose from but like other reviews have said already it’s not fresh. I was going to get the garlic bread for my son but it was rock hard, as if it had been sitting there since yesterday. A lot of other things tasted old as well. Not a bad buffet in my personal opinion, just wouldn’t be my first choice. There are plenty of other places to go to. Only go here if you’re extremely desperate or you have no gas to go anywhere else.
