Armstrong Relocation

Excellent communication from the move coordinator, the driver was friendly but got everything done that was needed, the crew had lots of experience and knew what to do, and overall things were done quickly and effectively.

We have moved 4 times in the past 5 years. We have used Armstrong each time. They are honest and fair. They told us 2 days to pack and load and finished within 1 day. They are awesome to work with! I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a seamless move from Chicago to North Carolina. Ms. Donna Williams was extremely helpful with the entire moving process.

We have moved over 9 times in the course of our marriage. This was one in the top two. We had a driver at Armstrong who did not have a load, and he was our man up front loading the truck (along with our driver Rodrigo ??). Had two great packers. We had two loads, moved automobile through Armstrong, and 15K lbs. Driver was great. Very little damage, less than $ 200. Unloaders on back in, Dallas, was also good. Key was that we had United personnel on both ends. Our relocation manager, Melissa, was the mediocre one, not answering 3 phone calls, but I think we caught her when she was under the weather. She turned out to be very good at the end. Estimator, Ben, was spot on with his estimate. All in all, we were very pleased, especially since our furniture was heavy and cumbersome.

These guys moved my entire house and office from California to North Carolina.
They are extremely fast efficient and professional.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Another mover had misquoted our move and held all of our belongings in a warehouse for 5 months. It was a disaster. We had moved from California to North Carolina, kind of a long way.
Armstrong was amazing. They made sure that their movers could meeting my attorney at the other (evil) moving company’s warehouse and they loaded everything up (while my attorney handled the shenanigans) and Armstrong moved it from Los Angeles to here in Raleigh.
They went over and above in making sure that we got our stuff back. I was so grateful that they would go into a very odd and uncomfortable situation in order to provide amazing service.
They were amazing. Thank you!

When I lived in Chicago, I moved probably 5 times in three years and always got movers but this is the first time I ever had movers that packed me too.
Armstrong was INCREDIBLE. I thought it would take all day but it only took 6 hours to pack, move, and load a 1 bedroom apartment. In addition, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, diligence and contingency planning. They originally came with two guys and rather than continue the job, they called for reinforcements to ensure they could complete the job at a high quality level and in a timely manner.
One additional man showed up and helped to pack. Once the packing was done, two additional men showed up to help move. it was incredibly efficient.

Aweful experience. They used the company’s money I work for and few months later they mailed their business check covering our sales orders. Yeah, the amount matched but… that’s not the point right?
I called to ask which orders this Armstrong’s business check should cover our orders? Chris (accounting dpt.) said that I should be able to figure it out! bad bad bad… He didnt appreciate the business we brought to them. After that, I have to «play» assumming my clients paid in full and no one short pay. If you pretend to do business with them; be aware that they will use your money and send their business checks months after. At your own risk.
