Unfortunately bad service started at the door today. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, and I soon found out why. But back to the beginning, I stood in line(which was longer than the gated line area). When I arrived at the register, I said I wanted to order a tailgate special. The cashier looked at me and walked away. I have no idea why. She returned and asked me again what I wanted. This time I stated my entire order and she didn’t catch it all. I was at a loss, however, I repeated it again, taking a break after each item. She told me my total, I gave her my card. She took it, swiped it, handed it back to me then slapped a signature request receipt on the trays with a marker and walked away. I called after her and asked if I was supposed to sign it, and she said yes(one of my pet peeves is tossing things at me and assuming I know what you want). I scribbled on the sheet and walked away. Now for the drink station, my drink(cherry soda) had run down the sides of the cup. I asked for a napkin from the dispenser right in front of me, and was told I had to walk to the drink station off to the side. Why I couldn’t have a napkin and was expected to leave my drink unattended, I do not know. The next issue however was being given my entire tailgate special, and standing there waiting for my additional combo. I stood there as four orders were completed before mine. I was not informed that I would have to wait an additional 5 minutes for Bo Rounds. Considering that Bo Rounds are a popular menu item, and it was 9:30am, you would think someone would have realized that there were no Bo Rounds left. What I didn’t appreciate though, was not being given the option or opportunity to change my side to another. This is why this Bojangles’ rating dropped from 5 stars to 3(3 stars because the food was still good, otherwise it would have earned 2). Don’t be rude to a customer because it is the busiest morning of the week and someone dropped the ball on checking inventory of a popular breakfast item. I am going to give this Bojangles an extended break and go to the other one on NC Hwy 55.

I know eating at the Bo’ is not exactly a fine dining experience but this last visit was pretty horrible. The woman behind the counter didn’t want to be there and I don’t blame her. The restaurant was dirtier than normal and my chicken biscuit was completely dried out.

This is a solid location. I come here at least twice a month. They get my order right 90% of the time. The quality is on par with other bojangles in the area. My only gripe is that they tend to forget sauces with my orders, so I’m left to indulge in my chicken supremes sans honey mustard :(

It’s a Bojangles. The staff are doing their jobs, nothing more and nothing less. Food is good but you have to check behind them because they will occasionally short you a piece of chicken or sauce. Three times I’ve gotten home from the drive thru and my 4 piece supreme dinner is actually a 3 piece supreme dinner. No big deal tho because they’ll give me a 5 piece dinner on my next visit.

Careful. Prices on the windows vary from the menu. They charge the higher and just kinda shrug when you point it out. The Cajun wrap takes about 5 – 10 minutes for someone to make it poorly. Newish store. Problems.

I was on my way to a meeting and had a few minutes to spare. Hadn’t eaten breakfast, so I was lookin for some fast food. Fayetteville Road on this stretch is a relative desert when it comes to fast eats, unless you want to stop at a gas station. All those apartment complexes… Anyway, there is a Bojangles in the parking lot of the Lowe’s. Cajun fillet and a coffee did me good.

New location, but food just as good as always. Generally very friendly workers, and good iced tea. This location DOES accept American Express, so if they say they are unsure, insist that they do.
