Another disappointing visit to our local Buffalo Wild Wings … I told wife, this is the last time. Super Bowl Sunday the family decided we would order wings instead of prepare them for the game. I called at 4PM to place an order for pickup(Superbowl Pre-game starting at 6PM). I was told there would be a 1 hour to 1 ½ hour wait; I said fine, I’d plan to pick up at 5:30PM. I didn’t actually get to Buffalo’s until 5:50PM; when I got there, not only was my order not ready, it hadn’t even been placed. I got in line with a half dozen other unhappy«pickup» customers with the same issue. I asked for the manager. When he came out, I explained the above situation, then pointed to the other customers sitting and waiting with same issue. The manager didn’t act the least bit apologetic, and in fact said«let’s tend to your order, ok, I’ll speak with them in a minute.» Even with a rush put on my order, I didn’t get my order until the«coin toss», and arrived home exactly at the kickoff. Then, as we laid the order out on the table, a couple items(luckily the wings were there) were missing. So, Buffalo Wild Wings(Fayetteville Rd.-Durham) has seen the last of my business; next year we’ll either return to fixing our own OR maybe try pizza instead.

Horrible service and lied too. Took 25min for an appetizer to show up that we ordered. We inquired about a beer and was told they were out of it in bottle and she would check if it was on draft and let us know… we never heard another word about it. I ordered the same wings I always do and what was brought was not the sauce I ordered. In fact the sticker even read something different. Flagged the waitress down and she said«oh it’s the right sauce just the wrong sticker». At this point get me the hell out of there I’m not going to argue with someone who has obviously been cut and is trying to clear her section out so she can go home.

Tried to eat a late lunch here the other day but the staff had different thoughts. My wife and I were seated quickly but left unattended for twenty minutes while employees hovering nearby ignored us. Our order was never taken and we passed through several staffers milling around the front door doing nothing to question us about our early departure. Can’t comment on the food and drink because we never got any. No service means no return. Don’t waste your time trying to eat here. Odds are you won’t get to.

Sad excuse for a restaurant or sports bar, go to Champs instead where the food is actually worth the price. The one star is because the waitress was so nice, that was the only enjoyable part to this visit with my BF. The food is terrible. I got wings, fried pickles and the cheesecake bites and a burger. Literally it was all bad… ok the wings weren’t terrible but if your going to charge the prices you do you better have a premium product. The cheese cake bites were like a bad attempt at fair food when the batter has been over used and never changed. Same with the pickles. The burger I ordered to go was a clearly frozen patty and passionless. The Bloody Mary I ordered also tasted like a glass of ketchup… so I couldn’t even get liquored up to forget how bad the food was. Seriously whoever owns this place needs to realize that your food quality needs to match your prices. There are so many good places to eat around here for way cheaper, I may add-that this food is an easy pass.

Food was beyond disappointing…9 dollars for a few small frozen shrimp. A tiny tray of shoestring fries and a pitiful attempt to add cheese and bacon bits(asked to add bacon… these were bits) cost 5 bucks. I could have gotten better and more food off the dollar menu. Manager comped shrimp but that wasn’t the point… Waitress never asked if we wanted anything else, if we wanted dessert etc. Just brought our check out of the blue. Will not be back.

If only Unilocal would allow you to issue zero stars. We were looking for something quick before I dropped Brit off at the airport. Since we were in the Southpoint vicinity we figured we’d give this place a try. 5 minutes of standing at the counter before being greeted set the tone for the experience. At the counter was a manager who never looked up as he seemed very busy tapping away at the computer. The other female at the counter was too busy on her IPhone to acknowledge anyone. A hostess came from somewhere near the bar area to grab us and seat us. I feel like I have a pretty good tolerance for establishments being in the weeds, but if a place is in the weeds, I expect to see everyone hustling to dig themselves out. Three servers were in one of he stations joking around, the manager was still ignoring the world and the young lady at the counter was still happily tapping away on her iPhone. 10 minutes– and I timed it, and we had not yet been greeted. Not a «hey I’ll be right with you,» or a «here’s some water and I’ll be right back». My wife and Inhad reached out boiling point. We got up and walked out. As we were passing the manager I said to the hostess that we were leaving. She seemed honestly puzzled. I informed her that we had not yet been greeted and were in a hurry. She responded that she could get some one over to help us. I replied«too little too late, and the management here should be embarrassed.» The manager never looked up. As we got into the parking lot I boiled over and called the restaurant. I looked through the window and saw the manager pick up the phone. I said I was just in the restaurant and wanted to speak the manager. He had the audacity to say to me, «hold on and let me see if he’s around,» and put me on a 7 minute hold. At which time I said screw it and hung up. If you look at the reviews of every single one of the local restaurants they’re all below 3. There’s a reason. This place and its sister restaurants are either owners by the same franchisee or corporate sucks that bad. These places should be embarrassed. This has to be one of the worst experiences in my life at a restaurant. I can count one one hand how many times I have walked out of a restaurant. Never again will I step foot in any of these establishments.

It was a disappointing experience. Service was nonexistent, although the girl who introduced herself seemed nice if a bit hurried. My table waited nearly 15 minutes for our drinks and almost half an hour for our wings. Also, the burger was tasteless and cold — so much so the cow that it came off would’ve been sad. Still, I gave it a star because the wings were pretty good. We got the parm garlic, mild, honey BBQ, and the mango habanero. They were warm-ish hot and liberally doused in sauce. I came to BWW for wings and despite the waiting, they were satisfying.

Shitty service or should I say no service. Went in for dinner sat in the bar. Had one manager sitting in the corner near the POSi system and just sit there… Watched my friend and I walk in and sit down. Another manager walked past did not say anything, ran the report of a server getting off. Had a server walk past 4 times and touch one of the empty seats at our table and say nothing. Had to wait ten minutes before being acknowledged by a server.

Why is the service so bad at this location? I’ve been here multiple times and the results are always the same. Step it up.

The service was good but the place smells funny in a bad way. I’m not sure if it was cleanliness, food, or clientele. I most probably won’t return, although I do like the abundance of TV.

This BWW location is awful(based on multiple visits). Atmosphere is less than stellar. Service is usually awful. I’ve had food that tasted stale. I usually like the food at BWW but I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time going here.

My family is in love with Buffalo Wild Wings, so when we moved to Durham and it was right up the street, we were all excited. We’ve visited both the Holly Springs and the Durham location, and it seems like the Durham location lacks a sense of urgency/customer service knack. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or just the type of people they are hiring. The food is good and the atmosphere is loud TV’S(that is there thing). We will be back, but feel there are somethings they could work on.

Poor service. We were sitting at the table for a while and the servers treated us as we were not there. It was not a busy time at all. People who came later than us got served and started to eat but we did not get a glass of water. Had to stop a server and managed to order. The food was so so. Fries were too salty. Then several servers stopped by our table with food we did not order so we had to stop conversation and said we did not order that. Well before we finished eating the waitress came with the bill and asked several times whether we were ordering more food or paying right away. I had to give her my card before I finished eating to make her stop asking. We felt very uncomfortable with the way the servers treated us, so I don’t even remember whether the wings were good or not. And the game player for kids need to be cleaned.

Great experience as we traveled through the area. Manager was very accommodating for us by letting us sit on the patio with our dog. Of course it wasn’t crowded at the time but it was still very generous. I tried the Asian Zing chicken salad and it was delicious.

First time ever at a BWW. Met a friend for a weekday lunch & the place was hopping with folks on their lunch break. Yay for lunch specials, I decided on a «small» wing basket, that came with a side. I chose the«buffalo chips.» For my wing selection, I went with the garlic parmesan. $ 10.49! Our waitress was really sweet & attentive. It took about 10 minutes for my meal to arrive. Wings were delicious! The garlic parmesan sauce had a nice little kick to it & the wings were crispy. I wasn’t a fan of the chips. They were thicker than what you would equate a chip with. I guess I was thinking like a thin potato chip. No complaints here. Prices are reasonable & plenty of parking.

So I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before. I must say that if I was rating just the customer service, they would have gotten 5 stars! The hostess, the bartender, and the manager were all very pleasant and personable. Keep up the great work! As for the food on the other hand… I was very disappointed that they didn’t have a buffalo chicken wing dip on their menu. I opted to give their boneless wings a try. I must say they have more flavor options than I ever imagine. The service was very quick but the food was only ok. I ate three of the boneless bites and opted to take the rest home-I’m hoping my roommate will be excited to polish them off bc I was not impressed!

I come here often with the boys. Nothing spectacular. They have wings. They have alcohol. My favorite are the spicy garlic and teriyaki. Perfect place to watch any game and get as loud as you want

This place just doesn’t make an effort. They’re letting their TV’s carry them and putting no effort into the service or the food. Food is just below average; service is pretty bad. They’ll pretend to care what game you want to watch, then try to seat you off in a corner where there’s no possible way you could see your game. Then they get annoyed if you ask to sit somewhere else. Servers are disinterested and will walk by you repeatedly avoiding eye contact so you can’t ask them for anything. Very hard to flag down your server. Takes forever to get the check and pay — once you’re done adding things to the tab, the server wants to be done with you.
