We’ve been to several Zaxby Restaurants in the past and this one seemed to skimp out on everything on my traditional wings & things plate, they even forgot my celery sticks. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is very clean. Just wish I had left full like usual after eating that plate

They’re fairly new, so I’ll re-review further down the time line. Zaxbys is typically a very solid wings and fries place. Especially for a fast food chain. They serve thick crinkle-cut seasoned fries with a nice golden crunch with piping-hot wings dressed in sauces of your choosing. On this visit I elected for the boneless plate with honey mustard. I was disappointed to find my fries were soggy and undercooked. Potato shouldn’t be served«al dente.» The fry portion seemed really low, too. The wings were perfect and the service was great. The interior is spotless, too! I hope they keep it up well! If they fix the fry cooking issue and the portion of them, I’ll be an advocate! Until then I’ll stop by another nearby spot for my chicken and fries :)

For all things chicken this is the chain to hit. Sandwiches, salads, chicken strips and bone in wings too. The place is brand spankin new so came by to help break it in. I had teriyaki wings with fries which came with a drink and celery sticks and a side of ranch dressing. The wings were crispy, but on the small side. I visited a location in another state a number of years ago and the wings were huge. Guess those days are gone. The fries were crispy and covered with a heavy heaping of seasoned salt. I’d ask for them salt free next time as it was overkill for me. They have one of those Coke freestyle machines, which is cool because there’s so many flavors to choose from. Diet Raspberry Ginger Ale?! The employees are super friendly. Everything is made to order so it’s not super fast, but that’s okay. I’d probably give it another go if I’m in the neighborhood.
