This Wendy’s is hit or miss. Today they had no baked potatoes. Perhaps management has changed again. However, I was surprised that they would run out of one of the staple menu items. That’s like running out of fries(which are supposedly natural cut, so how did they run out of potatoes?). Anyway, my chili was alright, the meat in it was chewy, but my food was hot. Better luck next time I guess.

Went through the drive thru, very rude staff, cold food, and they gave me a bunch of ketchup that I didn’t ask for. They forgot the honey mustard I asked for, they didn’t provide a straw for my beverage, no spoon for my chili, and they gave me the wrong drink.

Went to restaurant ate my meal there. The young man who was the manager. Came from behind the counter just refill our drinks. You could tell that the counter staff and the workers loved their jobs. Great Service and Smiles

Food is generally good. They no longer have the standard Wendy’s value menu items(this location does 4 chicken nuggets instead of 5, etc.), so it isn’t as good of a value as it used to be. Also, more than half of the time, my order is screwed up or they forget to give me dipping sauce, etc. Kinda frustrating.

I don’t eat at Wendy’s anymore but I was in a rush and there was no McDonalds nearby. I ordered chicken nuggets, I got them and they were fairly warm/fresh. What irritated me about visiting this location was the employee gave me the wrong amount of change back and when I let them know, although it was corrected, I didn’t get an apology or an «I’m sorry for the inconvenience.» I wasn’t mad about it but would have appreciated some type of concern on the matter.
