McDonalds

So I went i went to this McDonald’s drive threw and the first thing they told me was they didn’t have yellow cheese and only had «white cheese» and then we orders our Mchickens we pull up to get our food as we’re halfway home when we are eating our food we notice that there is no patty, we go back to the McDonald’s and I tell them my problem, and this one nice lady tells me she’ll fix the order as I’m waiting I hear someone in back say they didn’t order that? (Who pays $ 1.07 for 2 buns with lettuce and Mayo) and they are really slow

Avoid this McDonalds at all costs. The servers are aloof and incompetent and the manager should really fire the entire staff and try again-​maybe even get robotic servers.

Fail. Drive through this morning. Sausage burrito that is labeled that it must be used by 8:46 LAST NIGHT. And the diet Coke was flat. I honestly couldn’t tell IF it was even diet Coke syrup. Gross.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Durham! No matter what I come in for, something always goes wrong. somehow they’re always cleaning the latte machine, no matter what time of day. and if it is working, it’s not made properly either too much milk or not enough milk. Service is extremely slow and the workers are rude and careless.

I don’t even know where to start…
This is my «local» McDonalds. I unfortunately HAVE to use this McDonalds for my morning coffee a few days a week when I’m running behind.
You will ALWAYS wait at least 20 minutes here (Drive thru or walk in) and you WILL NOT be greeted by happy faces. This place is utterly umbareable. You can always find a handful of customers demanding refunds, complaining, or straight up walking out. It’s really that bad.
Save yourself the misery of ruining your day, and find somewhere else to go. This is not «fast» food. It’s more like, slow atti’fude. Get it?

The worst McDonald’s in Durham by far. I’d just as soon drive all the way downtown from now on.

This place is so slow. Ive been in the drive tru line for 15 minutes now. Funny thing is, this isn’t the first time! Fast food it is not.

I’ve visited this McDonalds many times. Mostly in the drive thru with long wait times. The food has always been well prepared and hot. The employees are nice and friendly but usually interrupt you to repeat each item you order. It’s in a convenient location near a Kroger and Walmart.
My most recent visit, they did not let me finish my order before rushing me along and the large fry I ordered was half full.
