Worst chick-Fil-a I have ever been to. Stopped here with three kids on a road trip. Took forever for cashier to get the order in the computer. Staff just sitting around. Dirty bathroom. I could go on. Very disappointing.

Normally I LOVE Chick-fil-A but this one is AWFUL. Just this AM I received the wrong food AGAIN. Of course, this time it’s my fault, I should have checked before I left because of the times it’s happened before but really, it’s ridiculous. The employees are NOT pleasant and act upset when they HAVE to help you, and are definitely not in ANY sort of hurry. As close as this location is and as much as I love their food, I think I’ll be finding a different location from now on. The owner should be ashamed.

Slowest chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to and I’ve been here many times. The people working here just don’t seem to care.

This place is fucking terrible. The team members are robots. There is no real feeling in their words, they are just told what to say and do it. The food is also terrible. The chicken nuggets taste like they have been sitting there for hours, and under a heat lamp. What the hell? I thought you guys were known for your food and service. No thanks!

Wondering if it within guidelines to cut the chicken so small. Smallest chicken sandwich or biscuits at any Chick-fil-A we have ever been too! We drive 4 miles out of the way to Roxboro Road. Service & employees sketchy too! The employees at Roxboro Road are cleaner & more professional.

Love Chick-fil-A! I probably go there a little too much to tell you the truth. I would consider it «higher quality» fast food. It’s on the more pricey side but it’s better food and service. This location is always clean. My food is always hot. Staff is always friendly and polite. I haven’t experienced a problem with this location and I’ve been frequenting this location for 3 years. I’ve dealt with them mostly for personal orders but I have also used their catering a few times. They will deliver your cater order if it is over a certain amount. The order was always ready at the time they said it would be. They also have specials-like they had college night every Monday and there was some discount involved. Sometimes I go to this location for breakfast and to read. It’s quiet enough in the morning to focus while enjoying a nice bagel chicken sandwich(it is a must try. One of my favorite breakfast sandwiches!).

This is one of the WORST Chick-Fil-A restaurants I have ever been to. When you go to Chick-Fil-A, you expect incredible customer service and attention to detail. This location has neither. I have experienced rude employees and enough stories of friends and family with the same complaints that I now drive out of my way to go to a farther Chick-Fil-A just to avoid this one. I am very disappointed that this restaurant is so poorly run when it is the most convenient location for me. Hopefully, it will improve…

If I could give zero stars I would I went to Chick-fil-A that I only allow myself twice a year splurge on fast food. no customers were there in line, they sent my bag without any sauces even though they had nothing to do but read the slip a single slip I figured why check bag how can they screw it up its 3 items and a dipping sauce. By time I got back to hotel to eat it I was to irritated to drive the 4 miles up highway and back again, plus my food would be cold by then. Very unsatisfying meal the sauces are my favorite part.

Standard Chick-fil-A. Friendly staff, good food, clean bathrooms. They aren’t the best at handling larger crowds so it’s not the fastest food, but if you have a craving for some chicken minis or diet lemonade this place will do.

We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our order which«mysteriously» disappeared from the system. It seems other reviewers experienced similar delays. From my view, it seemed that much of the staff was dedicated to the drive thru window and hence customers dining in might have to wait longer as a result. Aside from the delay, this location is very clean and nice on the inside.

This is honestly the slowest chikfila I’ve ever been to. It took forever just to order and then even longer to receive our food, an they weren’t busy so there’s no excuse. I have good experiences at almost every chikfila I’ve been to, but I probably won’t be back to this one.

Even though they are really busy around lunch time, they stay organized! Always super friendly and they move the line quickly.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. When in the south, eat Chick-fil-A. And if you are a fast food restaurant owner, do as the manager of this location has done and put service first! Chick-fil-A’s are generally known for kind, attentive service. I was first introduced to their brand of Southern hospitality first at this CFA. I couldn’t believe when, as I was eating my meal, an employee offered to clear some of my empty containers and offered me a refill! If you follow them on Facebook, you can also find out about fun events like Daddy/Daughter nights, Kids’ activity nights, etc. In a crowded fast food market, on a street chock-full of fast food establishments, these little things help establish CFA as a destination. In recent months I’ve been more inclined to visit them in the Drive-thru lane. The line is frequently long, but the team is well-practiced and you can usually get through pretty quickly. Pulling out onto Hillsborough Rd on the other hand… FYI if you have young’uns they also have a playscape.

EVERY. TIME. Every time I use this location, I want to strangle somebody. No matter how slow it is, there will be an issue. Straws not provided at the drive through. The wrong number of nuggets in your bag. Recently, they took the cake: I went in to have a leisurely breakfast, paid, and was told to grab a seat and my food would be brought out when it was ready. Five minutes go by. Ten. No food. Thirteen… At this point I have to be in the office inside of ten minutes, so I march back up to the counter to see what in the loving land of hell can be holding up the order. I am told that we are waiting on hash browns. 13 minutes for hash browns?!? Then they give me my food: the hash browns are lukewarm, and have obviously been sitting around. Apparently the real truth of the matter is that the slovenly idiot at the counter was more interested in picking his fingernails than in doing his job and serving my food. The manager, when pressed, offered up lame excuses. I left, and will not be returning. Keep clear of this location!

I gave it four stars because I just love their soup so much. I had the same kind of soup in their state college branch before. Yes, I’m from pennsylvania state university! This time I came here for my internship. I went to kroger to get some grocery items. I didn’t have breakfast an the time was 11ish. I was so hungry but don’t want to have a heavy meal if I didn’t eat anything in the morning. Their soup was just perfect for that concern. I got tortilla chips as side. They are very flavorful!

«Great chicken and poorly educated cows» I shud spel my hol revew like the kows from Chik-Fil-A wud, but that wud get anoying. Seriously, this place is great– delicious chicken, and this store has outstanding service. There’s a really nice lady who’s always here who walks around to see if any guests want refills on drinks or to take their trash, and they often give balloons to the kids. Almost as much service as a sit-down restaurant from a fast-food place… they really do make you feel like a «guest.» Breakfasts are particularly nice here– my kids love the chicken, egg, and cheese bagels(on a sunflower bagel). They really are delicious. The chicken minis and breakfast burritos are also good. We love the regular chicken sandwiches for lunch, as well as the wraps and the grilled chicken options. I always go for the carrot & raisin salad on the side, but the waffle fries are also stellar. Haven’t tried most of the dessert options, but they look great. Chick-Fil-A is very«family-oriented» with a bit of a devotional angle– they’re closed on Sundays, they give kids’ meal toys that emphasize education or morality, etc. This particular location also hosts a decent outdoor playground. It is fast-food, but it tastes great, and there are healthy options here for those who choose to get them(e.g., the grilled chicken sandwich is very low in fat). A winner– both overall, and in this location!
