2÷4÷2016: Ordered two deluxe fish sandwiches and loaded french fries with extra bacon for take out. Food took 20 minutes to receive. Fries were prepared and placed under heat area for 10 minutes until sandwiches were ready. Fish sat on counter a good 7 minutes before being made into sandwiches. Sandwiches were cold(cheese didn’t even melt) and extremely fishy tasting. One sandwich was not even a deluxe fish(just a regular fish sandwich) and I paid for deluxe. This is a shame, this location was completely remodeled yet the food was well below subpar. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

They are regularly rude, get my order wrong, forget the napkins, or forget the straws. I almost always try to avoid this restaurant except when I’m in the area, know that I love Arbys in general, but forget that this one is super crappy.

They cheated me on meat when I used a coupon to get 2 for $ 5 roast beef with cheese. When I placed my order, the manager made a point to tell the line chef that it was«2 for $ 5″ – he said it twice. What difference does it make to the line chef whether a coupon was used? Weird – unless that’s a cue to make them differently. And sure enough when I got them they were light on meat. I was hungry enough so I ate the evidence before doing anything about it left me pretty annoyed.

I go here from time to time and almost always get mozzarella sticks with whatever I order. I understand it can take a few min longer than normal because they make them fresh. Today it seemed a little longer than normal and I was about to be frustrated but the guy who served me at the window(Daniel I think?) Came out so nice and cheerful and even cracked a joke to lighten the mood. Quickly made me forget about my wait and feel more understanding like they cared. :) what a great worker when it comes to customer service.

I frequent this location when I am craving a reuben and need it fast. They aren’t the greatest, but the double stack is alright in a pinch. I also am a sucker for mozzarella sticks and Arby’s is good for providing that in a hurry as well. Just don’t call them cheese sticks(you will be corrected before being able to continue with your order.) In the past I have received pretty solid service from this location, but the last time I went tainted every other experience I have ever had there. Me and my girlfriend had gotten our food in the drive thru, went home, threw in a movie and started divvying up our food. They did not give me a double reuben and my small fry container was halfway full. Come on people… I live off club, near the reservoir… so I went back up to Arby’s to rectify the situation. First, they tried to tell me it was a double stack… oh is it now? Is that why you didn’t use the special double stack wrapper and also the reason why only half the meat I am accustomed to was adorning my rye? Nice try dickhead. Give me what I paid for without argument and I will be on my way. After the first eye roll I decided I wasn’t walking out the door w/o all new food, which is really actually pretty reasonable.(My girlfriend shouldn’t have to eat cold food, just because they can’t get my part of the order right) There was a manager there, off the clock and if it hadn’t been for him I wouldn’t have gotten satisfaction in this matter. It was very obvious how he became manager and clear why the other folks i interacted with would probably languish in the same position for years to come. 20 minutes after walking in the door I walked out with all new food minus 2 mozzarella sticks that they shorted me(They gave me the 6 i ordered the first time, but I guess that was just their way of sticking it to me the second time around.) Either that or they just couldn’t count. I’m not sure which is more likely. I might come off as a bit of an ass in some of my Unilocal reviews, that’s because I am, but I just want what I pay for and I want it without having my blood pressure shoot through the damn roof. At one point the arbys chick was talking shit to her co-worker, while I was still waiting. I had to ask that she refrain from talking about me until after I left. That should just never happen, ever. Ridiculous. Thanks to manager who helped me. He probably thought I was an asshole too, but he performed possibly the most essential customer service function anyone can. He kept his feelings to himself.

made this is just a bad area, but this is probably the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. there was a girl leisurely mopping while 4 – 5 ppl waited for their order. a guy came back into the restaurant saying his sandwiches were cold, and my husband and I found this was true of ours as well. the girl that took our order put it in wrong so we originally got the wrong sandwich. there was a guy hanging over the counter trying to get the cashier’s number, effectively distracting the girl and another worker. finally what looked like a manager or at least someone that cared about speed of service at a fast food place showed up and orders started going out faster, although there were still quite a few people waiting by the time we left. I didn’t have overly high expectations for a fast food place, but at least get the basics of the correct order and fast. we were just passing through, but for anyone else looking for something quick, I would not recommend this Arby’s!

Went late. Lobby was closed and had to use the drive-thru. They looked at me through the window and did not acknowledge my presence for at least five minutes. I knocked on the window several times before they told me they don’t serve motorcyclists in the drive-thru. That’s fine, but please tell me that immediately instead of looking at me several times while goofing off in the back.

Fast and efficient. Had a large order with coupons and the cashier got it right with no mistakes. Teneshia was her name, I mean she was fast. I wish she worked for us at the Vintage Bee or Busy Bee. She is the reason this review is 5 stars. Most fast food restaurants only rate about 4 at most, she has brought it above and beyond the norm. Fries, she cooked fresh. Sandwiches she packed herself. All this and she even took the order, while finishing in a timely manner. Way to go!

This is possibly the fastest drive-through I’ve ever used. There were two cars in front of me, yet I was on my way in not much more than a minute. The gentleman working the window was very conscientious, and my order was correct and delicious.

Dad has been a patient over at Duke for quite some time now due to his cancer. This past week they visited your Arbys just before he had his eye removed. I didn’t know about their experience until this evening when they were speaking of the excellent service they received. They didn’t know the name of the guy that assisted them with their order but just described him as having blonde hair and some tattoos. They sat down to eat their food and noticed that the guy who had waited on them had gone outside and was trying to cross the busy intersection to get over to the drug store across the street. He returned to the eating establishment and went up to the table where my parents were sitting and had gone across the street to get them some Twix candy bars. He told my dad that he looked like he was having a «chocolate moment.» He had crossed that busy intersection just to get my dad some candy. This guy had no idea who my father was, he just though he would do something extremely nice out of the blue for a stranger. There are still good people in this world. This really cheered my dad up before his surgery. I will one day soon make the hour trip to this establishment to thank you personally. Thank You!!!

Good spot for fast and very cheap lunch– lots of specials, food is prepared well(for fast-food), restaurant is clean, and service is very friendly. The shakes are quite good, too…
