Needed to the storage room off my bedroom closet insulated & sheet-rocked. We had just purchased the new construction home and this area had been finished only to the extent of framing. They came out to provide me a quote within a day, and upon my request for extremely quick work, they agreed to start the work 2-days later. As the job took a few days, they needed to work completely unsupervised from two of those days, as we had to leave on a trip. I left them a key to enter & exit the house themselves. Upon my return the following week, I was delighted with the quality of my job and the obvious care they took of my brand-new home to assure it was not damaged or dirtied in any way. Very pleased with this firm. They take their reputation must seriously, and it shows in their performance. I highly recommend them.

Faircloth Drywall was selected to remove the popcorn ceilings throughout my entire house. Mike worked with me through the process, discussed what would be involved, set expectations, and worked so professionally with me. He and his staff were timely, flexible to my needs, noticed some drywall repairs I had not foreseen, and delivered on time. He was reasonably priced and provided excellent clean up services at the end of the project as well. I would contact Mike again for future services and also recommend to others.

Mike and his crew installed drywall on the 3rd floor of our townhome. Despite a number of framing issues that we had with our ceiling joists, Mike was able to mitigate these flaws when installing the drywall. Excellent quality work — would hire again in a heartbeat and would refer to others. In addition, Mike and his crew were extremely personable and very flexible with my wife’s and my schedule. On one day, I had to leave the house while they were still working. They cleaned up and locked up without any issue. Lastly, Mike is competitively priced. We asked him to patch up some work on our 1st and 2nd floors, and he did so at no additional cost. Ultimately, my wife and I highly recommend Faircloth Drywall.

Mike came out on a Saturday to fix some damaged drywall behind our refrigerator. While he was here, I showed him some cracking on our bathroom wall, and he fixed it at no additional cost. Despite being a large job in a difficult location, the work is seamless and looks perfect. The team was friendly, worked quickly, and left our house looking cleaner than when they arrived. Hopefully we won’t need more drywall work for awhile, but when the need arises, we will absolutely call Faircloth Drywall again. Highly recommend!

We were unfortunate enough to have a leak in our roof during the last heavy rain. While watching TV, I said to Phil, «Huh — have we always had that bubble in the ceiling?» And as he looked up, we realized that it was pooling water that was beginning to drip on the floor.(Sad panda.) We were able to get the roof patched up, but we had to take care of the fugly effed up ceiling. So Phil called Faircloth — they gave us an estimate over the phone(via our inadequate description) and scheduled within the week. A reschedule happened due to rain(we were surprised this was an issue?), but Mike gave us pretty adequate notice and rescheduled for the following day. He and his wife were good enough to wait a few minutes after their arrival for me. I had a meeting run late, and was so relieved they’d stuck around a bit for me to show up(despite their only having my husband’s contact number). When I got there, they didn’t give me any grief, but were really laidback and friendly. He came inside to assess the damage and let me know the cost to fix would be less than he’d thought over the phone. Awesome. Additionally, he made the repair in just about 15 minutes. And it required cutting part of the ceiling away(more work-intensive & detail-oriented than hubs and I were willing to trust ourselves with!). For just $ 150 and such efficiency, I thought it well worth it!
