The breakfast service is satisfactory, However the dinner service is crap. The chicken most times is dry and chewy. The upside to this is the Taco Bell food is decent. Not good not great it’s Taco Bell food. That food is good from the location because much Inge ingredients for the tacos are in containers that keep the moisture in the food. The chicken once made, goes into a large Luke warm oven the unfortunately dries it out if there is no service. Now, the reason why there is no service is because they are so damn slow. Every fast food restaurant has a timer about the drive through window. Tell me why their times is almost always in the red when I visit? They need to set up the speed and the quality of food.

Consistently the worst experience form both the brands I have had in quitr a while. The food from both sides is quite poor, service is slow, and the order accuracy is quite poor. If this ‘food form a window’ is your thing go ahead but I do not go there any more.

This review is only regarding the KFC food… I have not tried the Taco Bell food here. So first I have to admit that fried chicken is my guilty pleasure. I’ve tried this KFC several times and had resigned myself to the idea that KFC has abandoned that great chicken we used to have as kids… and the KFC prices have become pretty outrageous comparatively. But a recent visit to a different KFC in West Virginia during a roadtrip restored my faith and demonstrated that the good stuff is still out there! I tried their boneless chicken. It was soooo good! So good that when I got home from my trip the next day I went by this location and picked up the exact same thing; bucket of boneless chicken. There was NO comparison. This location gave me some of the worst and smallest pieces of chicken I have had in my entire life. And this is from a man that LOVES fried chicken… I confess, I’m not that picky when it comes to my guilty pleasure but I do have some semblance of standards. Several«pieces» were barely larger than a quarter… yes, a quarter!(I will try to upload the pic). I could not believe they charged a premium price for the most ridiculously small quasi-pieces of chicken. This was not the case at the W Virginia location. And they were NOT fresh; in fact they were mostly rubbery as if they had sat under a heat lamp for hours. I could not even stomach more than trying a couple of pieces(hoping the next piece would be better). They weren’t! I tried to call to speak with the manager but no one answered the phone after several tries. I thought that part of the point of being in a chain is to maintain a relatively uniform standard of quality and taste… clearly KFC has lost their sense of standards. I won’t visit this KFC again but will stop by the one in W. Virginia again the next time I travel that way.
