Taco Bell

Came during dinner to grab some food, the girl taking the order appears to be on drugs she can’t seem to take our order correctly. We had to repeat over and over until finally we just left. How can workers expect 15/​hr when they can’t take a normal order?

Quick fast food, Taco Bell is never impressive, but they usually don’t disappoint either. I am so grateful that my service was actually good. But they lost stars because my order was not correct. I asked for a soft taco supreme but did not receive one. Otherwise, my food was hot and edible and I didn’t get sick like many of my friends do after they eat here.

Been to the TB on Glenwood in Raleigh. Drove out here instead of going to that mis-​managed slack joint again. Although I’ll say the girl taking our order here had the enthusiasm of a stone. She refused to give us an adjustment to the box we ordered. Nothing major just no sauce or extra totilia.
Anyway another older lady came over and smiled after I asked to speak to the manager. She said she would take care of us.
You know we were tired and hungry. And when I go into any restaurant and pay $ 150.00 o r $ 15.00 I’d like to NOT need to argue with someone about what I’d like. In this case is was the story of young vs old again. The mature lady was nice and accomidating. The young girl here could care less and that is the wrong attitude to be working trying to help people eat.
The lady should be a manager. The girl should be re-​trained or go work somewhere else where pushing the buttons on the cash register isn’t so difficult.
Gave this TB 4 stars for the lady who helped us. Hopefully young braids will be gone soon or trained to care.

The food was subpar, and so was the environment. When we entered we were bamboozled by the in Norma’s line that awaited us, only to find out that it would get longer. One of my first complaint is that the machine for soft drinks was not working. Also they shorted me by only giving me one cinnamon twists when I had ordered two. Also, they have mysteriously one out of tortilla chips. Absurd! However, they did have nice hot gravy. If you would like gravy I would strongly recommend this place. But if you were looking for a nice calm restaurant with a good modern environment and efficient and good service I would not recommend this place.

When I go to this Taco Bell I usually get a T5 (Nacho Bell Grande) with no beans. Although it takes a little while for me to get my food, service has always been great and so has the food.
