What a pit. I went into this store for the first time to return some jeans I got online. The place was dirty with dingy lighting. Clothes were piled all around the front. The employees were polite but it took way too long to open a second register when the line was there a long time.

Hampton, VA
Great Old Navy store. Usually well-​stocked and well-​organized. Staff is pretty helpful, but they don’t go out of their way. Like all Old Navy’s, merchandise quality is hit or miss, but you can find some decent stuff if you know how to shop Old Navy.
