Starbucks

This Starbucks might be the busiest location I’ve ever stepped foot in! The patio was full, even on a dreary day, and the inside was super packed except for the high tops. Still. Our orders were taken and processed quickly, plus they were spot on. Not a problem.
We settled outside before it started raining again and we settled at the high tops. The energy was good and cheery, among all the busy business meetings. My colleague and I were able to hear each other and enjoyed our meeting.

I don’t understand why this place does not get 5 stars all around. I think the service is absolutely fantastic kind and understanding with a huge smile on their face. That is outdoor seating plenty of selection and inside there are tables as well as bar stools to hang out. I like it

Inconsistent service. Not accommodating. If I’m going to a coffee shop I don’t want a drink Where «you can add all that yourself.» When it’s just light cream and sugar.
Always seem in a rush. Slow down and give the customer service not just a product. I can make my own black coffee.

I travel all across the US and drink Starbucks literally everyday. This store has the nicest staff of all Starbucks I have been to. I will be back!

Definitely had friendlier experiences at Starbucks. Perhaps it’s the level of business they do here.
It’s also one of the first places to forget to make my drink…
Outside of that the coffee is the same at pretty much every Starbucks so you know what to expect.

Im giving 1 star for extremely slow service! This is the only startbucks nearby my house and whether it is drive thru or not, i have always found the service to be really slow, even when they are not busy. Today, there was only 1 car in front of me and she seemed to have 1 iced tea and a hot beverage, and I had to wait for 4 min!

Sometimes this place is ok the reason why I gave this place two stars is because of the inconsistency of the service speed. I can see the drive-​through have a long line so I go inside but it takes twice as long waiting inside and then If I waited in the long line at drive-​through and vice versa. Sometime The employees never see you happy so I don’t really see anybody smiling there but I’ve never had a problem with my order so that’s a plus. I just wish there was more friendly personalities and quicker concise service.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I drive a few minutes extra to come here. The staff is so friendly, and I get in and out of the drive-​thru very quickly.

Okay, so I checked in here today so that 1, I could write this review, and 2, because I hope that Starbucks is looking at these so they can build another Starbucks in this general area.
Again, you guys know I love me some Starbucks! But from going to so many over my lifetime so far you have little grips and notice small difference in each store. This Starbucks is kind of slow. Drinks are great, but service is slow. I think it is partly because they have a drive-​thru and (I am so not a morning person) most people don’t want to get out of there at 6:30−7am in the morning. Heck, I am still trying to get the sleep out of my eyes. I think if there was another Starbucks closer that had a drive-​thru this would cut down on the traffic thru this place. So do not be in a hurry or running late when you go here. One time I went and the gentleman coming out said there is not line inside. So I parked and walked in, um… there was no line at the register but there were about 6 people not including me that were waiting for drinks. It was little crazy!
Today I went around 11:15 this morning and it was perfect! I drove right thru, maybe 10mins if that.
So just an FYI. And STARBUCKS if you’re reading this please build another one close to here!

Baristas are solid, but the espresso machine is broken. I ordered a quad latte. It tasted like a glass of milk. The barista said a lot of people have been complaining since they calibrated their machine. She was nice enough to add two more shots which makes six total. It tasted almost normal.

I like this Starbucks because the staff are super friendly and upbeat. They seem like a really good team. They are always smiling and happy and helpful.
It’s not their fault that the lines get very long here. I’m not kidding. On a few occasions it has taken me 15 minutes from in the door to out again. And I order Americanos.
I blame the people ordering their soy-​milk half-​caf vanilla bean pumpkin spiced mocha-​cino with whipped cream and sugar-​free drizzle of caramel… double cupped, please! Ain’t nobody got time for that!

I typically haven’t written reviews, even bad ones. But he service I received here was bad enough that it warranted me actually writing something. Watch out, this store will over charge you and if you complain about it they will look at you blankly and will not do anything about it. I get the same drink every time and I travel all over the country. I know what the variable price differences are, even in California, and its not $.50 more. Staff is very unfriendly. Except Kima the barista, she is awesome!

It’s Starbucks, not sure what else to say about it. This location is unbelievably busy! I waited a considerable amount of time for my latte and slow roasted ham & swiss breakfast sandwich. After waiting for almost 7 minutes after ordering, I received my drink, but the wrong sandwich. Adding another 7 minutes, I finally received the correct item. By that time, my drink was lukewarm. Yes, I order my drinks extra hot. Sometimes, I want to tell the barista to make it flaming hot, make it burn.hahaha.Anyway, the barista apologized, I just have to choose another starbucks to visit during the mid-​morning hour while in the RTP area. Plus, I’m tired of complaining to customer service about my experiences. I’m not tired of receiving free drink vouchers in the mail though.

I don’t know how I feel about writing a Starbucks review. I mean, the service is fairly consistent across the board no matter which location you visit. Some locations are older or smaller but, in general, the coffee always tastes like Starbucks coffee (not great but not horrible) and the wait time tends to be reasonable even in the busiest of times.
However, this particular Starbucks has one downside, the parking lot gets obscenely backed up in the mornings during the work week. Maybe it’s similar at other locations but, the size of the location and the layout of the parking lot seem to contribute to worse than usual issues getting into and out of the location.
It would be 4 starts otherwise as, if you work in The Park (that’s me putting on my snobbish RTP hat — it’s a bit tight what with my swollen head) — this is a great place to take care of some casual online errands or browsing before heading into the office in the mornings. However, if you don’t bypass the front parking and go straight to the back lots, you’re probably going to be a little stressed by the time you fight through the drive-​through back up just to get out of your parking spot.

Ask for a French press or a pour over cup if you have a few minutes, they are both worth the wait.

This starbucks had very good service and the seating area was very clean. I agree with other reviews regarding the parking lot situation.

I love going through this drive thru because of the trivia questions. Yes, it takes them awhile to make a caramel macchiato but the workers working the window are friendly. The line is long usually so expect it to take 3 – 8 mins sometimes going through the drive thru.

I only come here because it’s closest to my job, but this is the worst location I’ve been to. Parking is an absolute nightmare– the drive through line gets backed up and blocks you in to the few parking spots they have. The service is always extremely slow and the baristas usually have an attitude problem. If I have time in the mornings, I go out of my way to go to the one by Southpoint.

Sorry folks. This Starbucks is always a long wait. The service is very nice and friendly food and coffee is as a Starbucks is expected to be.
You are just about guaranteed to wait 10 – 15 minutes from the moment you walk in till you get your coffee.
Want your coffee faster. Use the drive thru… If that too isn’t backed up down the parking lot

Good Starbucks location! Strong coffee and espresso! Great place to hit heading in or out of Raleigh-​Durham International Airport…
