The Flats at 55Twelve

I have been very impressed with the changes made with new management. The grounds are kept very clean and the office remodel is beautiful. I especially appreciate the addition of gas grills near the pool and agility equipment in the dog park. The office staff is always kind and helpful. Maintenence requests are filled quickly.

Overall positive experience. Peaceful neighborhood. Good facilities. Convenient location. Never had any issues with or been dissatisfied by the management at the Flats.

The community is clean and nice. Convenient as it is close to the shopping center and I40. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not like the valet trash.

We were visiting friends who live in this complex and we’re excited to hear there was a guest suite available to rent to make our stay (with kids) easier by having our own space. Even though we had reserved the unit, the office staff seemed surprised when we arrived and had to go check to make sure it was clean. They said it was clean and ready so we headed over. When I walked in there was a kids hat on the living room floor and clothing in one of the dressers of a bedroom. The sheets and pillows on my bed where stained with who knows what, my assumption is that they were never washed. The shower in one of the bathrooms was broken, as well as the toilet seat. The TV cabinet in the living room was completely falling apart as well, the door was completely unattached and the whole unit was leaning to one side. The wi-​fi also was not working and when I called to ask about it (there was a sign saying not to mess with it at all and that you should call the office for assistance) someone came over and was very condescending assuring me it was working acting as if I had no clue what I was doing… Until she figured out that it actually wasn’t working. She said she would make some calls to get it fixed and let me know, but we didn’t hear back from her for the rest of our stay.
There was a nice pool and it was convenient that the suite had a washer and dryer available for use.
I would definitely not recommend staying in the suite, and I can’t imagine living in this community would go much smoother.
