Universal Printing has been my go to printer for custom invitations, notepads, calling cards and various stationery needs for the past 10 years. Even though the jobs I send them are small in scale compared to what they can do, they always treat me as an important and valued customer. The staff is wonderful to work with, often taking the time to answer questions I may have about how to properly set up a file ensuring the best print quality possible. Their turnaround time is always within the agreed upon timeframe and usually done faster than expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of printing.

I ordered a set of business cards and a name tag from Universal, but they didn’t turn out as expected. I complained to the account rep, even spoke to a manager, but they weren’t willing to make things right and insisted that I place another order at full price. The manager did get back to me pretty quickly, but the whole mishap has ended up with me paying double what I should have for my business cards(ie. the first order and the fixed one).

I’ve been sending my big print projects to Universal for the past year, and I could not be happier with the quality and level of service. Although they can do projects of all sizes and types, I mostly use Universal when Kinko’s is too expensive or not able to quickly accomodate a large run. They offer a full range of digital printing/copying, graphic design, binding, and shipping services. Aside from problems caused by my own prepress errors, I have never had any issues with placing an order. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, especially Megan, Lynn, and John. They even agreed to lead our student employees on a tour of the facility, and it was so helpful for us all to see what goes on behind the scenes after we place an order. The only downside to Universal is that it’s about 20 miles away from where I work, but that’s not enough for me to deduct a star. They’re great!
