Only giving it 1 star because 0 is not an option. I have literally never gotten a hot meal from this place. Yesterday’s meal was no different. Cold(and I do mean cold, not lukewarm) bacon cheeseburger with the cheese completely unmelted, cold fries, cold nuggets. Yum, said no one ever. I understand places have bad days from time to time, but in my experience, this is not a bad day but rather a trend for this place. Take your money elsewhere. «Value» is no value when the food is worthless.

This Wendy’s is so much better since being remodeled and under new management. It is very clean, the staff is courteous, and the general manager, Ervin, provides the best customer service. He is never to busy to speak to one of his customers. We appreciate the ability to make healthier choices with a combo. When fast food is necessary, this will be our choice.

Stopped by the other night to get something to eat. I was very hungry and tired after a long work day. I ordered a chicken sandwich quickly at the drive through and drove around to the window to pick it up. When I picked up my sandwich, I was half way through asking for some ketchup when the girl at the drive through slammed the door in my face and turned her back to me. I patiently sat there for a few minutes before her majesty opened the door back up, where I calmly asked if i could please have some ketchup and left. Needless to say I will not be going back. Its sad to say what customer service has come to in this day and age. :(

Much better. After my last trip I filled out the survey on the back of my receipt. I promptly got an email from the district manager offering to take care of my next meal. This time they had potatoes!

My burger and fries were cold… first world problems? Maybe, but I expect better if I’m gonna pay my money.
