Chili’s, TGI Friday’s, and Applebee’s all are starting to taste the exact same. I find myself going into this restaurant and wanting to avoid the food as it is so salty at times. The best part of everything is the service and the chips and salsa. The drinks are sometimes pretty good, but there’s a large variance based off of both how busy they are at that moment and the bartender making the drink.

I do love Chilis and I worked for them at another location for a few years so I know that their food really is fresh. This is my go to place cause I know the food is always going to be good. Last time it was pretty bad though. The food came out REALLY slow, some things were wrong, and one item was completely forgotten about. I don’t like to complain unless it’s really bad but this time is was pretty bad. The manager came and apologized to us and we totally understand that sometimes things go wrong so it wasn’t a big deal. When I left I noticed they were hiring kitchen cooks and that right there explained why the food was not up to par. I’m going to wait a few months before I go back and hopefully by then they hire some decent cooks.

Service is great. Food is decent. Dont expect a «world class» dining expierence. Come on people… its a chain restaurant. Pricing is good. People are good. Drinks are good. They accommodate big groups. Never seem to be rushed.

I fell in love with Chili’s at this location! Though not the best Chili’s location(food is not always consistent), it has continued to impress me on almost every visit! The Texas Chili Cheese fries are to die for! They are a must get! Their two for twenty deal is great too… though sometimes the food portion is not great! I would definitely visit thought!

Every order was cold and there was a hair in the salsa this place went down hill.

Food and service were absolutely wonderful. Just one thing, PLEASE ask whomever cleans off the tables to wipe off the kiosks when they clean the tables.(A disinfectant wipe would do fine) Mine was covered in fingerprints and smears of food from what you could tell were lots of other people. I wanted to use it but was scared to touch it, didnt even want it near my food so i turned it around. I know you guys are busy and this is sometimes easily overlooked but just makes sense to cleaning them for the next customer. Thank you

Went back to chilis today. Unlimited bowl of chili. Guess my previous review shook things up

Everytime we go to Chili’s, we go on a Thursday night and sit at the bar just so Ryan can wait on us! He is by far the friendliest, and best server you have. We would not go in if he wasn’t there!

Standard food here in the chain. My margarita was tasty, my fajitas were just okay but the service was great. We had a really nice, friendly server and she had great humor! Seriously the food and drinks are important but having a good server is key!

Its a solid Chili’s…you will get your order and it will be right. This isn’t an earth shattering location nor should it be, but if you want a good meal… this place works

This is the first time I was back to Chili’s in the past 2 years. I’m so disappointed. My steak was flavorless and dry as a bone, my broccoli was flavorless, and my potatoes were overwhelmed with garlic. I hate writing bad reviews but this one made me completely sad to keep eating. :/But AMAZING service.

We hadn’t been to this chilis in a year and my husband and I agree this chilis has gone down hill and fast… They give little portions for big prices. Ridiculous. I ordered tropical sunrises margarita that tasted like Dole juice. no alcohol. My 8yr old cousin could have drunk it and not had a buzz! The honey chipotle wings tasted like turpentine sauce. And the fajita steak were thin and the size of my palm. Needless to say we won’t be patronizing this place again.

should chage the name to «Salt“is since they just salt salt and add more salt to everything. I guess the salt kid didn’t get to watch the training video

My husband loves Chili’s! Me… sorry not a huge fan but I don’t mind to go. We went last night around 7:00(which was a Friday BTW) and were able to get seated right way and we had a great time. Our server was very friendly. We got the nachos as an appetizer and it was very good. I got a burger and my husband got the Chicken Krispers like he does every time. Very good date night! Thanks Chili’s!

One Chili’s is just like any other, right? Nope! — We ordered the bottomless tostada chips which my husband and son love. The chips were fresh and warm — so good… and the salsa is spicy enough for great flavor but not so spicy my son can’t enjoy it. — I ordered off the fresh pairings menu… $ 9.99 — half order of Southwestern eggrolls(yum) and a Santa Fe Chicken wrap. I asked for no cheese plus onions and cilantro and it came back to me perfectly. — Hubby ordered the Cajun pasta which usually comes with chicken but he asked for shrimp. The pasta is a bit cheesy for my taste but he loved it and the shrimp was delicious! — My son ordered the chicken crispers off the kid’s menu with corn kernels and he ate it all… and had some of my wrap which he said he’s gonna order next time. Funny kid… So the food was fabulous but more than that our waiter was excellent. Mike made sure our drinks never went dry. He was there when we needed him and not when we didn’t — just perfect. I had absolutely no problems leaving a 30% tip. He earned it and the next time we go I’ll be asking to be seated in his section. This is by far the best Chili’s I’ve ever been to!

i love Chili’s. I love the southwestern eggrolls and have to get them every time I go there. I wish they were on the new 3 for $ 20 menu(2 people get an appetizer, 2 meals and dessert for $ 20). I love their fajitas. That is what I go there for. I have ordered other stuff, like their country fried steak, too many carbs in the meal. Instead of corn they should put broccoli on the side or something or replace the garlic bread w/something else.

The whole trip there was pretty much a waste. The server was nice, but everything else just was not up to par. For one, tho we had non-smoking, you’d think we were in a smoke house! I am not a smoker, but pretty much left with a nicotine addiction it seemed! We ordered the giant onion blossom, and tho it was really good, it was so greasy and oily. I am certain that alone gave me clogged arteries. I ordered ribs. They were nasty! The sauce was strange tasting, they were dry and they were small. For the price, you’d think I’d get a whole cow side! I won’t be going back.
