I honestly can’t say enough about the staff at this pearle vision location. They are patient, accommodating, friendly, and eager to help in any way necessary. Everytime I come, I come with my 3 kids. One of my kids has ADD and another one of my kids has significant behavioral disabilities which includes very high anxieties when he is with any kind of doctor. Everytime we go there, they are so patient that it blows me away. They give my kids as much time as they need and they even explain things to my son which puts him put his anxieties at ease. I live more than an hour away from this store but I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Glassband, thank you for all that you do. It doesn’t get any better.

Wow, what a great experience at this Pearle Vision with Dr. Steven Glassband. I wanted to see a different eye doctor for this condition to get a second opinion and received a recommendation to visit Dr. Glassband. Even though it was late notice, my condition was bothering me so I called and asked for an appointment. The doctor fit me in on a Saturday because I was in so much discomfort which is one of their busiest days.
The person answering the phone was very accommodating and set up an appointment on relatively short notice. She asked just a few questions regarding the appointment but most importantly, she explained everything I would need as a new patient and confirmed my insurance.
When I arrived at the store, it was impeccably clean. Even though a number of customers were in the store being helped, the women at the desk acknowledged me immediately. When I spoke to the receptionist for the doctor, she explained the paperwork I needed to complete. It didn’t take long and the doctor came out to greet me. He was right on time. That’s kind of a big deal considering how long I’ve waited for other doctors. Dr. Glassband explained a couple of preliminary scans the assistant would be taking of my eyes before I went back into the examination room. These exams took just a few minutes.
Dr. Glassband asked me a number of questions about my condition before examining my eyes. His equipment was extremely high tech (no more flipping glass rings in front of your eyes) and he was genuinely interested in understanding my eye related issues. He also asked me specific questions about my previous eye exams with other doctors that could help him fully diagnose the discomfort I was experiencing in my eyes.
At the end of the exam, the doctor explained everything in detail, what he had found from the exam, and what he recommended as a course of action. I felt very pleased with choosing Dr. Glassband at this Pearle Vision in East Windsor NJ. It’s in the same shopping center as Target in East Windsor and should be your first choice if you’re looking for an eye doctor or a new pair of glasses.

After the debacle I had with another optometrist last year, decided to try this place out. This place was worth my money. The contact and eye examinations went well. The optometrist Dr. Steven Glassband was friendly and explained things with different tests like the Optomap which took a picture of the inside of your eyes. My eyes showed no signs of degeneration or other eye problems. Also, the staff was super friendly and assisted me with finding new glasses and ordering me new supply of contacts. Totally recommend this place.

I had a very negative experience at the east windsor pearl vision. I’m very disappointed with the staff and lack of customer service and very disappointed with the product.
I wish I never found this place it was a complete waste of money and my time.
My family and I will take our business elsewhere. I’ve been wearing glasses for almost 20 years and never had a problem until I tried pearl vision.

I have worn glasses for 25 years or so and Dr. Glassband is the best eye doctor I have had. He is very thorough and takes his time contrary to many of doctors I have seen especially lately.
He caught a partial retina detachment and sent me to a specialist who initially had trouble seeing it but acknowledged it was there. If this was not caught when it was, there is a good chance I would have had a much more serious outcome.

I was able to schedule the appointment online and it was very convenient.
Dr. Glassband was very friendly and willing to help. The prices for glasses and contact lenses were also very reasonable. There was a lady there that was very helpful with getting my glasses ordered and figuring out my insurance information.
