Went in to get the sides of my head shaved, specifically told them not to cut the top. Saw her pick up the scissors and asked what she was doing, said she just wanted to trim the split ends, halfway through she says it also helps «shape» it. Now I have the exact haircut I was avoiding by just shaving the sides of my head.
It’s a good haircut, something my fiancé pointed out when I got home, that being said listen to your customers. Just because you think you have a better sense of what looks good, doesn’t mean they’re going to be happy with the result.
