I called the customer service regarding the the poor service time for true rotation and the customer service follow up was excellent.

I hate anything that has to do with Wal-Mart. I know most people don’t care about their business practices, but I do.(Okay, that was a generalization, I know. Bad, Jenny. Bad.) Its a shit-hole of a company, really. Sam’s club is owned by Wal-Mart so naturally the hate spills over. I will try my hardest to review only my experience and not the burning distaste I feel toward the company… That being said, I have to shop here for work. A Lot. I try to avoid it, but when you have to purchase things in bulk its hard not to give in and buy it in one stop than making several trips at another store. Sam’s Club is a membership warehouse. I don’t know the exact cost of a yearly membership but I think its $ 100+. The stores are set up so its easy to navigate through the aisles, unless I forget my cart in the middle and walk away to grab something. Sorry ’bout that. You can purchase a lot of different items here; from food to furniture to clothes to office supplies. You can get the paper products for your hotdog stand and a giant tube of hamburger of pretty good quality. Companies shop here to restock their whatevers. The Customer Service here is better than any Wal-Mart store. It fucking sucks for the most part and every now and again you’ll run into a new and hopeful employee with a bright smile and eagerness to ring up your items. This smile fades quickly when said employee notices the two pallets you’re pushing around, 5 feet tall of stacked items on each. I don’t enjoy this either, but I have no choice. There are a few gems here that I try to catch when I do shop here. They are always understanding and down to earth, slightly older ladies. I should probably learn their names and send them Christmas cards because they make the whole experience more bearable, which is really saying something. There is a Mexican guy here who bathes in cheap cologne before he comes to work. I’d avoid him if you have sinus issues. I think he’s a manager but I couldn’t say for sure because he’s openly a jerk. This might surprise you, but the worst customer service you will receive here is at the Customer Service and Membership desk. Expect to feel uncomfortable if you have manners because at this counter, you’re out of place. There is one bright side to this store and that’s the concession area. They dish up giant slices of pizza and large beverages for super cheap. It’s not the healthiest food but its pretty tasty. I try to make up for it by ordering the veggie pizza. I know, I’m only fooling myself. Word to your mother, though; They do NOT accept Visa cards here. Bring cash or a MasterCard. Really though, who uses MasterCard? As the other reviewer said, they have a tire place here. I’ve never used it so base your assumptions off of her review. There is also a gas station in the parking lot. I’ve never used that either, but its a gas station, how magical could it possibly be? So why three stars you might ask? I just can’t compare it to another Membership Warehouse because this is the only one I have been to. I think three stars is fair in that case.

Tires, no problem! Disclaimer — I hate dealing with anything that has to do with my car — oil changes, repairs, buying tires, buying a car, heck, even filling the gas tank. Well, I needed tires. The car is almost 6 years old and it’s time. I reluctantly save up the money for new tires. Because I’m cheap, but want good quality, I finally decide to pull the trigger and choose Sam’s. We go in around 11:15ish on a Saturday. The store is crazy busy, but the tire department isn’t overwhelmed. They do not take appointments, so we’re in luck! I choose the tires, get rung up, gulp and try to catch my breath on the price. I’m“m told about 45 minutes. We leave, run a couple of other errands, come back around noon and walk around the store. About 12:15 we head back. They are done, the old tires disposed of, and off we go. All in all, a good tire buying experience for someone sheepish about big purchases. I did not feel any pressure to upgrade or get charged extra for ‘premium air’ or some BS like that. You can buy what they have or not buy it, real simple. Went back the next day(ugh) to have the lug nuts re-torqued — not even sure what that means, but I was in and out in 5 mins.
