Starbucks

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a few years now, and for some reason haven’t thought until now to write a review.
I must say the reason I keep coming back, and adding time to my morning commute, is the people. Chris and her team are always welcoming and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. Even through the drive through.
The atmosphere, while a busy store, is comfortable, although I personally wish there was more seating area indoors. The outdoor patio is spacious and the seating is comfortable.

As always, the drinks and food are always on point. The outdoor seating area is a very nice size space and great for the spring/​summer/​fall. The inside doesn’t look very big when you go in, but I’ve seen people playing music here before and the place was packed. Great service and all around, a great place!

Awesome customer service my fiancé was not sure what’s he wanted and she prefers to try things before she buys them and she eyed up this green tea frappichino but was not sure if she was going to like it and they allowed to her to try it and if she didn’t like it they said they would absolutely make her something else. She ended up loving it :) I ordered the snores frappichino which is new and oh my god it taste just like a snore it was incredible! The inside is very clean and very Starbucksy if you know what I mean this place is great because it has put door seating and its a huge amount of space. Overall this was great the customer service was excellent are order was perfect and the seating is very comfortable I will definitely be coming back to this place to try other frappichino. :)

When ordering the workers talk to earth other and makes your feel as if the drive through would be a warmer welcome which is quite a shame cause I enjoy siting down at this location it’s pretty big and spacious, plenty of outlets for charging phones and a nice semi private comfy chair area if u had 3 friends to join you with, they make the drinks at the normal speed. I come here every week. Good place to come study or relax in convo. Also when it’s nice out they have a huge outside patio area that’s nice

I treat myself once a week and this location is on my way to work. I prefer the drive thru window as it seems the service is alot more friendly rather than the manager that usually takes your order inside. I have never encountered a manager at a SB as unfriendly as her. Aside from her I love this location and my vanilla chai’s always taste perfect!

Starbucks is my Friday treat. This location at Transit and North French makes consistently good lattes. Staff is very friendly.

I came here to meet with a friend recently, regarding a joint venture. She ordered a hot drink, I ordered an iced Oprah Chai (…I had to!!!). We said we would be staying there. Missy’s drink came out in a mug. My iced drink was also in a mug, with a little ice, barely cool, still warm. Why is this served in a mug?! The chai is delicious though.
There was only one table available when we were going to sit. It was terribly wobbly and obviously quite broken. That table needs to be repaired or thrown out. It was nearly impossible for us to take notes and discuss the book we were using on this awful table. Thankfully, about 20 minutes in, 2 people at another table left so we moved over.
I’m not the biggest fan of the Bux, but I suppose this one is okay despite my complaints.

One star for convenient drive thru. One star for extremely clean and large outdoor seating area. One star for actually receiving hot coffee (seems obvious but you’d be surprised how many times I’ve gotten luke warm coffee via drive thru) One star for great tasting coffee and one star for seriously outstanding customer service. Came through this morning and my coffee took a few minutes to come out so the very nice man at the drive thru window made conversation that actually made my morning that much better. Would give the place six stars if I could…

Best drive-​thru SBUX in the area. I always have excellent customer service. I came thru last night and asked if Starbucks offers a discount for using a reusable travel mug –10 cents was the answer. This was disappointing to me, considering Spot offers 99 cents off any drink for using a travel mug! The drive-​thru attendant shared my opinion and indulged me by sharing her own opinion and offering solutions, such as bringing in my cardboard coffee cup sleeve for an additional 10 cents off. It all adds up, as she so eloquently put it.
Despite this flaw in Starbucks’ environmental cause campaign, I shall continue to stop in. Especially this location! (Almost) nothing compares with the soy chai lattes that Starbucks offers. Delicious every time.
