My sub was made exactly how I wanted it due to allergies. After paying, I asked if there were any specials. She said there’s one now. Buy one and a lg drink and get 2nd free. I asked why she didn’t tell me that before. Told me I’ll get it next time. Next time? I said I’ll take it now. Then had to pay $ 2 for the drink that I couldn’t drink. She developed an attitude when a handful of people came in. Rushed so fast that she didn’t make it right and burned the bread. She didn’t do what I asked for my allergies so I told her not to even bother cutting it. She just wanted me out of there because I was in the way with my wheelchair. She even whispered something to the other employee right in front of me. When I got home I threw it away because I would have gotten sick from not changing her gloves when she knew it had to be done. my 1st and last time there.

Awesome food and very clean establishment. About half of the employees are great and deliver super customer service. The other half can use a bit of work. When asked about the Subways Rewards, she didnt know much about it. Other than a small training issue, this place is great.

The employees seem to be interested in the work they’re doing. Unlike the previous employees who screwed around. It’s cleaner here than before too. So it’s better than last summer. But I miss the yoga mat ingredient in the rolls. They just don’t taste the same. We’re still eating awful nitrates and other crap in the cold cuts. How bad could the yoga mat ingredient have been?! I miss it. Ha!
