Not Vietnamese owned and most certainly not Vietnamese food. Extremely disappointing. Certainly will not return. The pork chop dish had three pieces of thinly sliced overcooked pork when Chinese red bbq seasoning. Phở broth was watery with only a few slices of beef.

Always dependable phở. Had the #1 rice noodle soup with meat. The noodle is always cooked well. The soup is flavorful and hot. Been coming here for years, it’s always the same except the price has gone up a bit. Based on the food, I would of given it 4 stars but the place could do with a bit of cleaning. And noticed over the years they put less and less cilantro(please stop adding so much of the stem) and Thai basil. And please give me more napkins.

I’ve eaten at this Vietnamese stand for several years and it’s a great value for the money. Sometimes I just don’t want to sit down in a restaurant for a bowl of phở. Miss Saigon Express is the perfect place for noodle slurping fun! Yes, it’s in the Kam Man Asian Grocery Store food court. So what?! It’s a great little stand where you can get a quick and cheap Vietnamese fix. The phở rolls are great too and they really have a variety of dishes that are quite good. You don’t really come here for the ambience. You come here for a quick meal that is good and wholesome. The phở is a good value at $ 7.00 for a huge bowl. The other dishes are also reasonably priced. As a bonus, after lunch you can get a boba tea and shop the Asian markets for some unique offering you don’t get at Western grocery stores. The bakery in the food court is also excellent! All-in-all, a great pit stop if you are at Home Depot, Dicks, or Kam Man. Lastly, I have never had a problem with the person at the counter. He has always taken my order correctly and served the food quickly and professionally. Good enough. I want phở, not a new best friend.

Not good. The spring rolls were pitiful. I kept looking at the picture of the spring rolls and comparing that to what they gave me. As in the picture someone else posted. Their actual spring rolls are pathetic and thin. The Phở was nothing special. The shrimp rolls were also on the short side. Do yourself a favor and forget this place.

A bit difficult to find since it is inside the Chinese grocery store near Home Depot. No big visible sign to guide. Finally made it there and tried their Phở and another Pork dish using the Groupon. Both were tasty and good. I would not classify it as an outstanding but for quick meal at reasonable price — not bad. The man at the register is not the friendliest but not rude either. It’s a causal place for a taste of Vietnam — not something for a date night.

Saw a groupon for Miss Saigon Express Vietnamese food and looked it up on Unilocal.4 stars, awesome! Purchased groupon and then I realized after getting the food last night that it was a different Miss Saigon :( This Miss Saigon Express is inside the Kam Man grocery store with the other food court counters. It’s not super easy to find but it’s on the corner. It is closed on Monday afternoons. There are a few tables where you can eat your food on site if you wanted. It is run by a Chinese couple. The man behind the counter was not the friendliest and was very persistent in speaking to me in Chinese even though I spoke to him in English. It’s fine. I am bilingual but it’s a bit weird that he didn’t even ask me if I understand/speak Chinese. With $ 30 + ~$ 2 tax, I got 4 dishes. Rice with grilled pork chops #15(3 – 4 thin slices). It came with some lettuce and cucumber slices along with tomato and the fish sauce. Another rice box #18(do not recommend) with 2 grilled pork chops + a piece of meat omelette and some glass rice noodle that tasted very salty/fishy. This was not good. The pork chops could have been flavored more strongly but was ok. The last two boxes consisted of cold rice noodles salad + grilled chicken + spring roll. The fried spring rolls were cut to bite sized(~6) and were pretty good. Underneath the rice noodle, there was lettuce and steamed bean sprouts. This wasn’t bad but the sauce was very bland so the rice noodle was very flavorless. The chicken was ok — a bit dry and again flavorless. Not sure if i’ll ever go back but the price of everything were between $ 6 to $ 7. Maybe give their phở a try if I am adventurous. or just try the Chinese stall next to this one.
