They do not make good offers. I brought a Jones New York blazer jacket to sell. They did a thorough inspection checking for stains, holes and functioning zippers. I was offered $ 7.00 for my jacket. I accepted the offer only because I don’t wear it and it’s just been sitting in my closet. They tell you they’ll give you half of what they’d sell it for. If that’s the case, can someone please explain why my jacket was placed on the rack with a sticker of $ 22.00?! This place is a scam! Don’t sell your items!

Welcome to the adult version of Platos! What they lack in the absence of junior clothing, they make up for with designer labels at low prices! As with Platos, they sell items for 70% off store price and they’ll offer you a 1⁄3 of that. I brought in 3 pieces(Mk top and dress as well as kate spade bag); I was offered $ 8 for both MK pieces and $ 14 for my new in dust bag Kate Spade which I didn’t accept(for obvious reasons.) As a seller, I can’t say that the amount you get would be worth it unless you were planning on donating your items anyway. On the flip side, as a buyer, the prices are pretty neat. Lots of designer names for under $ 100! I scored an adorable Kate Spade dress for $ 22.50 which is an amazing price! I saw everything from Free People to Coach to Kate Spade represented, so they do have designer labels aplenty. I did appreciate that they explained their pricing policy to me so I knew upfront how they do their pricing. The manager also came to find me when my items were done with the pricing process which was nice.

As soon as I walked in I was told«we do not take juniors clothing» before I could even get to the counter. I let them know that there may be a few items that are considered«juniors» in the bag but most of it was ny&co. The woman then let me know they prefer the items to be neatly folded in a Tupperware container. I almost wanted to take my items home right there but I figured I’d give it a chance. I was told it would be an hour so I opted to leave and come back. I received a text when my items were ready and retuned to the store. When I returned the woman said«are you the one with the juniors items?» I again repeated that there was probably a few juniors items but most was not. They decided to take two pieces and none of the ny&co. I let them know that the site specifically said ny&co and they let me know they weren’t taking pants at this time. She then went on to say«your items probably had stains, dog hair, and deodorant on them.» I let her know that wasn’t the case because they were all clean and stored at my parents house in storage. I took my rejected items and vowed to never return. I felt judged from the moment I walked in and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this store.

This place totally tries to rip you off. They give you 1⁄3 of how much they’re selling your items for. They tried to give me $ 3 for a brand new pair of heels that were never worn.

Love this store! They are very selective of the clothes they purchase so the inventory is excellent– all newer styles and upscale brands. Don’t go here looking for juniors type brands since they will not have it. They have jewelry, accessories, shoes, purses, and maternity too! I’ll be back to sell and shop!
