2 times I have ordered a Quesorito without rice and sour cream and the put the damn rice on it, It’s not that hard to get it right.

I have to say that I’m surprised by many of the reviews here. Since this Taco Bell has been built, I’ve been here at least 20 times and I’ve never had a poor experience ever. The place is always super clean, the cashiers are friendly and helpful and my orders have always been filled correctly.

Ordered 4 Loaded Daredevil Grillers, substituted with chicken. 2 Habenero, 2 Ghost Pepper.
Tasted like crap. Overcooked the tortillas on the 2 Ghost Pepper ones and the 2 Habanero ones had almost no chicken in them. I ate all 4 in one sitting and barely tasted a difference between the Habenero and the Ghost (besides the aforementioned missteps). No heat whatsoever … These are all advertisement and no substance.
I won’t go back to Taco Bell since this is the garbage they are selling. Would’ve made my usual turkey meat burritos at the house, but was in a hurry. What a disappointment.

I went through drive thru this evening before going home. Comesha was the lady who took my order. I ordered a Mexican pizza (no tomatoes, easy beans with extra cheese). That’s how in the hell I like my mexican pizza AND the last time I checked I am the one paying for the meal. I posted a pic of what the hell they gave me. Fuck everybody in that establishment. They purposely messed up my order. I am so beyond words right now on how I feel. I mean seriously… And then you wonder why we take money out of our community.

I love Taco Bell so much. but this location is ok. not rally good. customer service is good. but they always mess up my order. last day I order fiesta potatoes I wait so long on drive thru. and after long waiting finally I got my fiesta potatoes. BUT MY POTATOES WAS NOT COOK
was UNCOOKED. i don’t know what to say but really I’m not happy with this Taco Bell. coz they every time mess up my order:(

The worst service that I’ve encountered in a while! I Placed my order for a «Spicy Chicken Box» only to find out that it came with only the «Loco Taco» in chicken, the Burrito Supreme and Taco Supreme were both beef… no big deal though I offered to pay the difference and the reply that I got was to throw it away and place another order because they can’t take food back (huh)? Anyway it was suggested to give an additional $ 3.62 for what I wanted in which I agreed to pay initially. Then in afterthought, I asked to cancel the order (in which 7+ minutes had passed and was not ready). I actually stood at the register for 20 minutes before I received a refund and a wise crack from a manager in which the staff giggled upon my exiting the store. I placed a call to corporate and will never set foot in here again!

That’s right… I got my mcdouble down the street and decided that a taco would be nice. Add nacho cheese sauce and sour cream… hold the tomatoes. Fast service. Quality was as best as could be for a taco bell.

I’ve lived in this area before the Camp Creek Marketplace was in its developing stages and to me this Taco Bell is welcomed.
They have a late nite drive thru which is the only area I’ve visited. I’ve never been inside.
Mostly the drive thru people are efficient, they give me enough sauce and my order is always correct. That may have something to do with the «if your order is wrong, we will give you $ 5» or something weird like that they have at this location.
For late nice tacos, this is the place to go near home.
