Unprofessional, rude, and poor work quality. They deserve negative stars. On my first visit here I dropped off a pair of nearly brand new black slacks worn twice. When I went to pick up my slacks the entire top portion of the slacks were discolored… altered from a jet black with black suede detail on the back pockets to a rustic brown. My pants were burned from excess heat application. The argumentative and indignant person who identifies himself as the manager (Al) refused to take any accountability. Initially he tried to pay dumb commenting «your pants aren’t brown, I don’t know what your talking about, thats just the lighting» but eventually he couldn’t even believe his own attempt at BSing and went on the claim that my pants were «cheap» and «manufactured poorly» and «banana republic makes cheap clothes all the time.» Wow. Unbelievable. He said they are not responsible. He kept telling me to read my receipt-​which by the way states that they are not responsible for anything that goes wrong-​ever. I told him the value of my pants is $ 80 and I said that they ruined my garment and I was not going to pay for their service… he got really pissed off and in his angry outburst he managed to knock my clothes to the floor and started yelling that if I don’t pay for these clothes and take them within 30 days him he is not is responsible for what will happen to my clothes. When I asked to speak to the owner of the store he told me he was the manager and he can handle any issues. When I asked who the owner of the store was and when he would be in the store so that I may speak to him, he told me the owner is unavailable and has left the country… smh.
All in all, the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect displayed by the «manager» of this business is shocking. They ruined my brand new expensive work pants, the manager basically threw my clothes on the floor, and yelled at me after they cost me $ 80+. The experience was beyond crazy. I will be disputing this charge with my cc company for poor quality of service rendered. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Always speedy service, reasonably priced and the only place I’ll take my alterations and dry cleaning too.
