Very friendly staff and awesome pancakes. They are huge, fluffy and tasty. Eggs, sausage and bacon were very good as well. Great local eatery.

Flapjacks is an excellent place to stop in and have breakfast. The pancakes are very large and excellent texture. The coffee is some of the best I have had at a breakfast restaurant. Home fries are very good and lightly spiced. The eggs are standard. Service is excellent and the waitress makes sure you have everything you need, included keeping your coffee cup full. I would recommend checking Flapjacks out next time you want breakfast.

Ok, first, this is a diner. It’s not a foodie joint. They don’t have white truffle coconut water lattes, etc. They do however have diner food. I got 2 eggs over easy, rye toast, home fries, and bacon. Diner food. Everything was perfect. The eggs were just right. The toast had maybe margarine on it(yuck) instead of butter but next I will ask. The home fries were really good. The bacon was crisp and plentiful. Based on the reviews, I did not try the pancakes or waffles. I liked it. Yes, the coffee was not remarkable(probably Maxwell House or Chock Full of Nuts) but it’s a diner. If you like diners, this is a good one. Give it a try. It has some parking out front and apparently more in the back.

The food here was just eh. I had an omelet with linguica, onion, and cheese. The omelet was very small with very little filling. The home fries weren’t too bad — lightly seasoned, crispy outside, soft inside. The pancakes… I had high hopes for… you know seeing the name of the place is Flapjacks. Well… they were less than great. They were too thick, heavy, and dry. Also if there is one thing a breakfast place absolutely has to have… it’s good coffee. Well you won’t find that here. It’s just ok. All in all. There are way too many breakfast places around to settle for this one. The only thing they have going for them is they’re open Friday — Saturday until 2am for those late night cravings.

OK, so a warning: the«Belgium Waffle» that I ordered, was actually just 3 toaster waffles… swear to god! I kid you not… so don’t order that because you could just go to Stop & Shop and buy three boxes for the same price. Other than that everything was good. The menu is typical diner breakfast/lunch and they serve breakfast all day which is a plus.

I had high hopes when I came in for breakfast since it is close to home for me, sadly it was mediocre at best. We ordered and omelet and their namesake flapjacks and I was underwhelmed. The décor is lovely and the staff pleasant, but unfortunately it was not enough to steal me from my local favorite down the street called Our Place

All right! I used to grab breakfast at this location when it was called The Zone, and while the food was good I always had a sense that the kitchen would fail a health inspection. They went out of business last year and Flapjacks is now the name of the game… and it’s good! The place has been classed up with all new tables, chairs, flooring, etc. and their breakfast menu has something for everyone. The two times I’ve been here I’ve bought an omelette and I haven’t been disappointed yet. The omelettes are big and full of fillings and I really like the hash brown potatoes. This is my new go-to place on Sunday. Maybe one day I’ll actually try some flapjacks!

There’s a new diner in town and it’s pretty good! Home fries are great, eggs were perfectly cooked, and the western omelet with American cheese was excellent. Steak(w/eggs) was a bit unseasoned but the hot sauce topped it off well. Don’t expect anything fancy but it was all good greasy spoon fare.
