After being here since November I can’t stand it any longer. It seems that The management does not care about anything but renting the apartments and collecting rent. The carpet in the staircase up to your apartment is filthy, but they don’t clean it. The walls are scratched, have holes and are dirty. They need to be painted, but are not. They have waste management come a couple times a week to empty the dumpsters but they come at 7 am, and the landscapers come at 8 am. They are very loud. People are still sleeping; you would think they could set this up for later in the day. For a luxury apartment it should be better constructed so you don’t hear the neighbors. Half the time it sounds like my neighbors are coming through the ceiling. There is no sense of community here. It’s just renting a space. Since November and still don’t know anyone. No outside community space, no grills, no pools, etc.
