Yes. I fired my employee later. It’s miss-tagged, and employee kept reporting to me that custom had picked up and…. Can’t totally recall but seems it was found out and resolved. I appologize for it. I had changed 8 employees over there for different reasons. Since I moved to there, it’s kind of around a hard time that minimum wages stuff took place. Not only people come and go, also had to get local employees. What I can do. I try to help people to their cleaning, sometime does have mistake as everyone does. It’s a tough biz to do, low price, dirty work, and sometimes get treated unfairly too. Here is one example, a father and a son, each took three shirts with same size and brand. Actually all belong to the son. Once picked up, went home and switch shirt, came to me and said it was not his. Both left fake phone numbers, so that people can’t follow up. Paid for one dirty shirt. There are a lot of similar story over there. I knew I am new there, someone suprise is reasonable. Like the early native indians, the place is theirs, they lived there for generations. I guess alot of them over there feel bored enough. It is a rural town nothing else besides watch tv. Once they hate isis badly, they act around. I had five stores, the one in easton, had the most that type of tricks.

This cleaner shop doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. I dropped my clothes off the Saturday before New Years in anticipation of wearing the clothes New Year’s Eve. I was told the clothes would be ready by Monday. I went 3 separate times Monday and each time was told to come back later the clothes were on a delivery truck that was stuck in traffic. Tuesday when I went to pick up the clothes they told me they weren’t ready because the machine was broken. The store was closed Wednesday(New Years eve) and Thursday New Year’s Day, so I had to go out and buy new clothes. Friday when they reopened the clothes still weren’t there and Saturday morning I was told they would be delivered later in the day. Sunday I finally get my clothes and am told sorry for the delay, they had to be hand washed so they take longer to dry… a week?! When I asked about getting a discount for the inconvenience I was told«whatever, it happens» and had to pay full price. Please do not give these people your business, they don’t deserve it.

The new owner of this establishment is one of the most unprofessional and ignorant people I have ever done business with. After not only telling me he «lost my comforter» for two weeks, he then claimed that I harassed him by calling and asking where it was. How you misplace an item that a customer dropped off to be cleaned is completely beyond me but then to complain about me when I called to check on it after he told me he lost it? I would never recommend anyone to use his services, ever.
