Normally I love Wendy’s, but this location can’t seem to get it right. Fries are never hot and fresh. Not sure what you’d have to do to get good fries, because it doesn’t seem to matter if there is a line or not, they are always cold and limp and truly disgusting. We stopped ordering them. Sad because Wendy’s fries done correctly are wonderful!

For how expensive Wendy’s has gotten you’d think you could at least get quality food. My nuggets were cold and my hamburger tasted like it had sat on the grill for 20 minutes. I miss their dollar menu. Their Jr Bacons are well over a dollar now as is pretty much everything else that used to be a buck. I’ll take McDonald’s over Wendy’s anyday! Their food is way better and way more affordable.

It’s not a bad location, near Dollar General, Auto Zone, and Kroger. As Wendy’s is the third largest hamburger chain, you’d think that they’d try harder or do things better. Certainly, it’s not as chaotic as the McDonald’s in town but Burger King, Sonic, and other places are more friendly. Usually, I’m accustomed to everywhere in Eaton being friendly. – more friendly than anywhere else in the tri-state area. When I walked into the store, the counter person was in the dining room. What she was doing, I do not know because the tables and chairs needed some care. She hurried to the counter and I needed a moment. She seemed a bit annoyed. When I didn’t order $ 20 worth of food, she seemed more annoyed. She made change and got my iced tea. Got my salad and dressing and waited for my burger. When she put the burger on the tray, it had come unwrapped, something that would probably upset the health inspector. The salad was chilled and the burger was warm and the iced tea was warm too. Oh well. What’s sad is that a 3 star review is a step up.
