Everytime I’ve come in, either to pick up a to go order or to sit down at the bar and eat, the bar staff has always been great. Great food, friendly service

I ate there Aug 20, 2015 and that was my 2nd time ever. I frequent lots of restaurants in the area, and I regret only going to Chilli’s twice. The food and service was exceptional. I had the smoked wings, the waitress suggested I get them cooked crispy. THEYWERECOOKEDTOPERFECTION, and tasted Great. I have to say I will definitely be back to Chilli’s.

Well its was ok, had to send the steak back as i asked for medium and it came out well done. Waitress was very polite and prompt with service. I like the kiosk at table to reorder drinks and pay bill. Overall the steak quality could be worked on; 10oz looked more like a 4oz and was quite dry. Not worth the $ 16.95.

Oh, where to begin? My husband and I came here for lunch the other day and had a miserable experience. When we arrived, the place was empty. We were seated at the farthest booth away from the door as possible with cold air blowing on us. Next our server arrives and takes our drink and appetizer order. And we wait, and wait, ANDWAIT. 20 minutes goes by, no drinks, no silverware, napkins or plates, no chips and salsa. Nothing. As we sit and watch other customers be seated and receive their drinks and chips/salsa we become more and more annoyed. Our server meanwhile is nowhere to be found. Finally after 20 plus minutes our appetizer is delivered by some girl who obviously did not want to be working that day, dumps it on our table, with no words OR plates, silverware and napkins, turns and walks away. We still have no drinks at this point. Finally our drinks arrive and we ask to speak to the general manager. And we wait, again. The general manager never came out to speak to us. We will NEVER be back.

I came here with the wife and we sat at the bar. They were swamped! So we ordered our food and my wife had some adjustments to hers, they were great about it and filled her request. However, the drink recommended for her second was off base. She didn’t want something too sweet and thats exactly what was recommended. Otherwise, the food was really good, and seemed fresh.

This is my go to restaurant. Never had a problem at this location. The staff are always friendly and the food is always good. There are times when the wait can be long, but it is not to bad of you don’t go right at dinner time on weekends. They recently got a new system which has a computer screen on each table and let’s you place drink orders and pay your bill with a credit card reader. I don’t know how I like that yet but it is something I have to get used to. Though It is kind of annoying that it keeps flashing ads to play paid games every few minutes. It makes kids keep bugging you to let them play and spend money.

This Chilis is a perfect spot between the office and the shop so use it often as a lunch spot of «convenience». Draft beer is always good– but usually can only get yuengling in a bottle and they are hit n miss with the Sierra Nevada I usually crave, so end up with a Sam Adams. To speed things up, I almost always eat at the bar and have never regretted doing so because the bartender help is always friendly and quick with service. You will be eating in of of America’s huge chain restaurants, so you already know it’s not gourmet food– but it’s fresh, hot and timely.

We went for lunch and ordered a hamburger which seemed pretty safe. Bun was stale and told the server. The server returned about five minutes later with another bun on a plate. This provided time for my hamburger to get cold. That bun was as stale as the bun on the original hamburger. The bun appeared toasted but it looks like they must toast them and let them sit around instead of toasting the bun while the hamburger is cooking. The server did not come back to ask me if everything was OK. My daughter had a salad with quesadillas which was good.

Chicken Fajitas are great with sides or rice and black beans. Our waiter was very pleasant and accommodating. Shawn was down to earth so does Chris. It is near the Long Branch beach area. It is convenient and beside the Monmouth Mall.

When you eat your own fresh made salsa, you only wonder what is in that red soup Chili’s tries to pass off as salsa. Other than that, the food is mostly good. The service varies by employee.

I stopped by here with a friend on the way back home from the beach and it turned out great. There was a 15min wait on a sat. night but it wasn’t terribly noisy. Our waitress was knowledgeable and bubbly — recommending the classic frozen margaritas for $ 3.99 which really were great. As a vegetarian I went with veg fajitas and i really enjoyed them! My friend got the black bean avocado burger even though she’s not veg and she said she was pleasantly surprised. If I were in the area again I’d totally come back.

Stopped into this Chili’s last night with Toot and Lyndsey. We were looking to chow and get a few more beverages after watching the Jets lose to Indy over at Toot’s place. I almost always get the Country Fried Steak when I’m at Chili’s and last night was no exception. The portions are always huge and try as I might I was again unable to finish it off despite not having eaten since my Sunday morning Bagel. The CFS comes with a good sized Corn On The Cob, delicious mashed potatos and a piece of Texas style toast. All were excellent! Toot had the Burger Sliders, 4 mini burgers that he wolfed down. He said they were great and they came with fries covered with very thinly sliced onion rings. Lyndsey had the Mini Tacos, two beef and two chicken and said they were yummy. She also had a little shot glass sized dessert that she really enjoyed. We had a few frozen Margaritas that were excellent if a little weak. Considering we had been drinking Sols and Land sharks all during the Jets game this was probably not a bad thing on this evening. Our server, dressed in a Jets T-Shirt, was excellent though quite sad at the Jets loss. I’ve been to this Chili’s many times and have never been disappointed. It was almost empty when we got there but started to fill up as we ate our dinner. Lots of groups of four or five women had us thinking maybe the guys were out watching football? Monmouth College is also not too far away so maybe that explains it. Count me in with the others here who have come out and admitted it: I’m a Chili’s fan!

I’m not going to lie. I *like* Chili’s. Sometimes I like to feel like a dickhead and eat somewhere with knick-knacks on the walls. Sometimes I like to eat southwestern egg rolls. Like, what the fuck? Southwestern egg rolls? Yeah, they’re delicious. Please pretend like you’re not watching me dip them in spinach artichoke dip. Am I pregnant? Serve me up some Chili’s baby back ribs with seasoned fries and a cup of sticky cinnamon apples, Chili’s wench. I’m hungry.

I thought this place was a little better than the average Chili’s. The bartender was very attentive when I was eating lunch here, and got me a refill for my pico de gallo and my sour cream just when I was about to run out. My food was typical chili’s fare, and just what I wanted. 4 Stars for service

I still have no clue as to what Neal E does. He reviews all over the place(primarily the DC area). And the fact that he’s eaten everywhere in Monmouth as well? I thought I was the only guy who came out here who wasn’t originally from Jersey. Typical Chili’s menu. Typical Chili’s fanfare. When you’re not in the mood to explore what New Jersey has to offer(which isn’t much by the way), just go to your local chain. Had the grilled chicken tacos which were delicious. I would say go with two(and not three) if you don’t want to explode out of your pants…

I’ve been here A LOT given that I work in the area. I have been to other Chili’s and although this one may rank a little better than the rest in terms of service, that isn’t saying much. Their prices have definitely increased with a lot of items falling outside the acceptable lunch dollar figure. Menu items are upwards around $ 9-$ 11. Their salads are mostly lettuce. They did get some new flat panel TVs in the bar area, but listening to hair band 80’s crap gets annoying fast. I’d say skip this place, but the surrounding fare isn’t much better…

I was in the mood for a good burger one evening and Chili’s fit the bill! The Cheeseburger was large, beefy, juicy, and delicious! Coupled with some crispy fries it hit the spot! The place was very busy and it took a few minutes to get a table. Very popular with the locals. The restaurant sits out in the parking lot outside of Monmouth Mall.
