They offer really flavorful and juicy shrimp. Thats only reason i sometimes go here. Service is ok. I feel food is oily sometimes but no doubt its tasty. So if you dont mind few extra calories then these place might work for you.

Food came out quickly, but restaurant was a mess with tables not getting bussed. Pop machine had many favors that were out of syrup.

Fast food Asian is typically a sodium bomb, and this place is no exception. Noodles were drowning in syrupy sauce. I got a small bowl and couldn’t finish.

My wife and I have been going to Pei Wei in Eden Prairie since it opened several years ago. We have enjoyed their food for most of that time, but in the last 6 months or so our last 3 – 4 visits have been marked with poor food quality(Using a different chicken nugget like chicken for their stir fry’s?) Our appetizer(lettuce wraps) NEVER come out before the food, and every time we say, can we please get them first, and no one cares! It seems to me it is has become poorly managed… Sad, but true.

Gave this place another try as Pei Wei reached out to me and offered to buy me a lunch to say sorry. So I came in and ordered food and they brought out my food except it had extra ingredients that were neither listed or wanted. I asked them about it and they said that it does actually come with all of these extra ingredients even though it hadn’t come with them in time past. Spoke to someone else after the fact and they agreed that it is not supposed to come with the ingredients. I would say buyer beware of you have any allergy, because pei wei might add your allergen to your food.

Solid overall, but I miss the Thai Coconut Curry. The new menu changes are a tad confusing, perhaps decide what you need before you get in line and feel overwhelmed.

Great food, It had multiple selections for multiple taste. Went with a girlfriend and my daughter we all had something different but each enjoyed it. I had the the broccoli with ginger chicken the ginger was just the right just amount of ginger. My daughter had the sweet and sour chicken and my friend had the kung pao chicken. I even look to see if there was a restaurant like this closer to home

Great food — and it’s hot(not this luke warm leave it sit on counter) — come early as music is LOUD and after 6 pm more people trying to talk over music and others — plus come after 6 pm you’ll enjoy screaming children– with parents who want others to enjoy what they have

Been there twice. Not bad not great. Kinda hard to find off of old hwy 212. A little nicer than Leeann Chins but Chins has more flavor.

Excellent food for the price. It isn’t PF Chang’s but close for half the cost. Easy in and out with kids. Our family goes a few times a month and it’s always consistent. Give it a try yourself before reading ornery reviews from upset customers.

They have different version of lomein and they make it very delicious, sweet and juicy. I find it unique different and very good. Service is fast and pleasant young servers. The egg rolls is salty.

This is probably the worst Pei Wei in the chain… I haven’t been to all of them, or even mor than 10, but it’s so bad, I think it’s a fair statement. Tables are gross and dirty, the wait just to order is completely unacceptable. I waited 10 minutes… I should e ordered carry out, no wait there… But the carry out cashier can’t help the dine-in cashier. People just walking out. I’d say, avoid this place… It’s a giant disappointment! My iPad is now stuck to the table… gross!

Delicious, fresh, Asian food for a great price! I usually get the Kung Pao Chicken(steamed) with brown rice and my guy loves their Pad Thai. Most of their dishes have a good mix of protein, veggies and carbs. They also have some gluten free entrees and the option to have your protein steamed. Our food has always been fresh and delicious. If you like PF Changs, but can do without the ambiance, you can cut your lunch/dinner tab in half at this sister restaurant! Great for a casual date!

Service is pleasant and quick here. I like their hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef and crab wontons. The food taste the same as pf chang, just half the price and without the white tablecloth. I really appreciate the staff here. Seriously. There’s this middle age man with glasses who is extremely polite. He brings out food, clears the table, ask if we want refills and bags our leftover yet this isn’t a full service place. They don’t expect tip either but I can’t help but leave a few dollars because they are so nice. Anyway, I’m a fan of their mandarin orange ice tea. It’s very refreshing. They have the high tech fountain machine at this location too. Their fortune cookies are the best. I always grab more than I really need. If you prefer wine or beer, they have them too.

Pei Wei is a moderately priced oasis in the Chinese food wasteland we call Eden Prairie. The food here is far above nearly every Americanized Chinese restaurant in Eden Prairie and costs about 2⁄3 of the price. The menu is pretty straight forward, you pick a dish, protein/veggies, and kind of rice. I’m a fan of the sesame chicken, pei wei spicy, and the sweet and sour. The dishes are always great and you definitely get a good sized portion for what you pay. Are you normally hungry an hour after eating Chinese food? I guarantee that won’t be the case here. A meal here would not be complete without their crab wontons, which are a twist on the traditional cream cheese wonton and are served with a sweet chipotle sauce. They’re definitely one of my favorite things on the menu. The service is similar to Noodles & Company, order at the counter, get your drink, and the food is brought out to your table. I regularly order their takeout from their website, which can be a little bit confusing but my orders have always come out correct. The only thing that I’ve had a problem with is that they counter seems to be understaffed. I’ve come here multiple Saturday nights during the dinner rush and the have had only two people at the counter, one filling orders and one prepping to-go orders. It seems a little inefficient to me and I’ve seen long lines as a result of this. Overall though, you can’t do much better in Eden Prairie.

This is my new«corporate Asian» lunch favorite. If you loath Leann Chin as much as I do, try this. Streamlined menu friendly staff, fast service, and efficient crowd management make this a perfect lunch choice. Food quality is a good value. So far I have tried the pad Thai and the dynamite Thai beef. Both are quite adequate. Affordable fast and tasty. This location is challenging. It’s not easy in or easy out but once you figure it out you Got it. Bottom line go for it!

My wife and I do not know a lot about Asian food as we both come from an area of the country where it is just difficult to find. Our experiences with that type of cuisine are essentially limited to the dates we had in college, which was in Ames, Iowa… not exactly a place where you would expect to find a ton of Asian cuisine. The Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants in Ames are good, but we didn’t know what else there was out there since there wasn’t much else to compare it with. Last night, we decided to head out and sample Pei Wei Diner(12561 Castlemoor, Eden Prairie) based on some recommendations and reviews of other Unilocalers. We weren’t sure what to expect since neither of us know a lot about the Chinese scene in the Twin Cities, but we took an open mind with us as we always do when trying a new place. We were generally pleased with Pei Wei. The atmosphere was a little«dark» for our taste. The restaurant wasn’t well-lit nor was there much light coming in from outside. The décor was what we’ve seen at most Chinese restaurants, nothing fancy but it works. The food was pretty good, about on par with what we’ve had at other places. I had the Mango California Roll(which is a new sushi that they were peddling when we got there) and it was pretty good, nothing over the top and nothing to write home about either. The wasabi was excellent… my nostrils are still on fire, as they should be. Krystyn had the Orange Peel Wok. I tried some of it and while tasty, I didn’t really find that much«orange» about it. We both split two sides of Crab Wontons and Pork Eggrolls and they were, again, alright. I didn’t find anything amazing about this place, nor did I find anything really«wrong» with it either. It’s a decent place to get Chinese/Asian food and I’d probably go back again. I think the prices are alright for Eden Prairie standards. The food was fresh and prepared on the spot, which is more than you can say about some Asian restaurants that serve it buffet style. Nothing great, nothing terrible… Pei Wei is just okay.

I cant say I love it, but their teriyaki chicken has me coming back for more. Its still pretty greasy Americanized Chinese food with a bit more substance. I’ve only ordered take out, you can do that online, which I find extremely convenient, and the website allows you to customize your entrée(i.e. no carrots, extra sauce, whatever you want, you can have it). The take out counter is in the back, you can just sneak in, get your food and get out. The restaurant seems to be pretty busy, with a line waiting to be seated during the lunch hour, so if you want to eat in, do it early or later.
