Let me just say last time I went to this location I was told to park by the side of the drive thru to wait for my food because it wasn’t ready. The 16 year old kid got annoyed when I refused. It was a very small spot and I’d be back up into the drive thru line. I basically told him no because I refuse to get into an accident for McDonald’s. I think it’s outrageous they would even ask a customer to do this.

Love the breakfast here. Friendly staff. Clean dining area. Clean bathroom. Mayor McCheese visits every so often to ensure highest quality of service. Ba da Ba Ba Ba– I’m loving it

Terrible place! Staff are not trained well, they always get the orders wrong. don’t go here!
A nightmare!

They don’t accept $ 50 bills and there’s no sign at the drive thru stating this policy. The manager said if I ordered $ 10 more she’s accept the $ 50 bill, and, «the sign used to be there but it fell down.»

My favorite McDonald’s. Service in store is fast and it’s clean inside. Drive through is usually on point I have never had an issue with a wrong order. Over the counter service is courteous too, no ratchet behavior. Very professional. Rarely crowded. I like to enjoy a quiet breakfast here some mornings.

Customers beware! My father ate here on Friday November 20 around 2:15pm. He hasn’t been to this particular location in years but was hungry and bought a big mac & order if fries. Later that day he became nauseous & quite ill as early evening approached. Next came the sweats and lots of vomiting thru the night. Saturday morning he was able to drive himself to urgent care for treatment and spent over 5hrs there as he became dehydrated. Dirty place or issues with the food. It doesn’t take much to get sick from bad lettuce etc…

This McDonald’s is usually always pretty fast. They have issues getting orders right though. I love the iced caramel mocha, but EVERY time I order it here I just get an iced mocha. Where is my caramel?!? I don’t understand how employees think they deserve $ 15 an hour when they can’t even get a simple fast-​food order correct. People with tech degrees don’t even make that much starting out! Anyways… enough ranting. It’s gone for a stop if you’re starving, but is otherwise avoid it.

hey this place is horrible I ordered a chicken wrap with my wife 2 hours later I have to go to the bathroom and I can’t and then I poop my pants during my sleep. this place also thinks there the best but they suck. if only they had healthy food items that don’t make me poop my pants go to pj Clarks.

Fast drive thru. Amazing fries! Delicious milkshake! And $ 5 for 20 pieces of chicken nuggets. Easy, fast, and I’m already home eating. I lied. I ate the fries on the way home.

This McDonald’s has undergone a complete building renovation. There’s a much more appealing modern décor with, dare I say, a lounge feel. Lighting isn’t harsh and actually is quite nice and cozy. Even the cashiers are friendlier! The wifi is great.

So bad. They renovated it but it’s the same lousy food/​staff as before. We’ve been living here for 5 months now and they get 1 of 3 orders wrong! One time I asked for a jalapeño burger and they gave me a beef patty with sauce from a southwest salad with those chips on it. Obv some stoner mcd employees. Wife will drive to ft lee even though we literally live ¼ mile from this place. The staff is BRUTAL. At least during evening hours. STAY AWAY or be sure to check your order.

First of all, they recently had a renovation and its very clean and nice. Other than the appearance, this mcdonald’s is the worst. They have two drive thrus but they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE USE OF THIS. it has been my sixth time where I pull up to the cashier and they do not have my order. It typically takes 15 minutes to get your order and people do not know what they are doing at all.

Order $ 30 worth of food, 3 meals & when we got home we had no French fries for any of those meals! It’s true what they say «they F you at the drive through.» The whole point of dinner was for fries! This is not the first time we have had an issue with this particular McDonald’s! Never again! North bergen it is!!!

Came here at 3 am to get something to eat. Then I was told that they don’t serve food until 5 am. So much for a 24 HOUR fast food restaurant. I never came back. This place needs to be sorted out.

How many more times can I overlook the very basic expectations of a fast food joint especially Mickey D’s??? Make sure you check your bag at the drive thru… they’re quick to charge full price for everything you order even dollar menu items. Fine normally not such a big deal, however, basic necessities such as adequate sauce cups for 20-​pc nuggets, napkins, straws etc has been a continuous issue from this place??? I’m sick and tired of bringing my order home only to stress over forks and knives enough already! This place is a freakin joke in the heart of Edgewater 7 020???

The place to go in Edgewater, and I mean the only place to go. There’s barely any fast food competition here. Many years ago the fries were horrible now they’re pretty good. The service is always top notch. I’ve never had an issue. It’s 24 hours, which is a plus.

This is definitely a well managed McDonald’s. Staff is always friendly. Orders are correct. Fast food done right.

Chicken wrap and fries takes over 10 minutes at 3 am… theres no other orders… i thought this was sposed to be ‘fast food’. Workers just seem to be walking around doing nothing. WTF sitting here with the car running and nothing happening… going on 15 minutes at a drive thru in a mcdonalds. Unacceptable. This place is awful. Go to white castle

I’m sick and tired of going to this Mcdonald’s (Edgewater, NJ) and I have decided that I should say something about it.
For the past 4 years I have been going to this Mcdonald’s it always been an unpleasant experience. They never get the order correct and are always charging me a different price for the same meal I usually get in the morning. Many times I have ask for them to repeat the order and they still get the order wrong. Then when I ask for the manager, they look at me like I’m to blame for them getting the wrong order.
The manager does not even apologies in return for their mistake. I order a number one breakfast meal on a bisque with an orange juice & one sausage bisque sandwich with two extra hash brown. I made the cashier repeat the order three times and she kept on saying egg burrito… did I say egg burrito? She then charged me for a medium orange juice instead of the .70 replacement for the coffee and she gives me two hash brown. I asked her why are you charging me $ 2 for the OJ? She said, I’m giving you a medium OJ, I then told her that I never order a Medium OJ and to please just give the small OJ that comes with the meal. I then spoke to the manager and he completely dismissed my complaint by walking away. He then had the cashier give me a large OJ when all I wanted was a small OJ and a credit for the extra charge. I then didn’t bother repeating myself again and walked away.
Also, regarding the 24 hours drive though. it sucks! It looks like they are always sleeping because when you drive through late at night, they either take a long time to acknowledge you or they don’t even come to the window. I had an experience one time where I was waiting on the drive thru for about a few minutes, I then decide to proceed to the second window and I saw one of the staff member sleeping. I then decide to knock on the window and he got up and walk away from sight. I also had a cashier tell me that they were closed. what happen to the 24 hour drive through?

After one hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge didn’t do the trick ie, had less fudge than it should’ve, we continued our sundae spree with a visit to this McDonald’s. In hindsight, it was quite a silly mistake on our part.
1. This McDonald’s drive thru is a mess. You may wait for a long time. Or they have difficulty taking the order. When you get up to the window, no one will be there — that’s because all activity happens from the second window, not that anyone’s going to tell you that.
2. «Fudge» isn’t synonymous with «syrup». A hot fudge sundae connoisseur now, my palate and eyes are able to distinguish between the two. So when the substance atop the sundae was a bit thin, not as deep a brown, and tasted corn syrupy, we realized we’d gotten something other than what we bargained for.
Maybe the next time I have a hot fudge sundae craving, I’ll think about this particular visit and realize sometimes it’s really not worth it.
