This is a review solely based on my experience with Christine. She was a total professional; patient, courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me in time of crisis. I was having major issues with my older blackberry and to say I was feeling disgruntled would be an understatement. Christine not only helped me but restored my faith that there still are some great people working in customer service. Christine is a real asset to T Mobile and they are lucky to have her. Notable mention to the guy who was working with her, I unfortunately cannot remember his name but it started with a G. He was kind and courteous as well.
